The house is located on top of a hill in Comuna Cadeate, 5 km away from Montanita, surf paradise. Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves& quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Also can take paragliding and surf lessons or go out to enjoy of variety typical Ecuadorian dishes: ceviche, corviche, bolones, ... etc or artisan pizza, or tacos...
