This is such a charming hotel and short walk down to the water. It’s about a 20 min walk into town from the backside of the hotel. There is a great trail north of the hotel that we hiked on the mountain over looking the gorgeous island which lead us to a cool little beach. George and his family are the kindest and most accommodating group of people! They made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was perfect for our family of 6. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay in beautiful Paros. Arrange for transport if you don’t have a car.

Fantastic apartment with a great view of the bay. The apartment was spotless clean and serviced every day. Pipina was most helpful and we were greeted with some wine in our room on arrival and a gift on the day we left. They offer pick up/drop off from airport and port. Access to the beach is a couple of minutes away but it may not suit visitors with mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.

The location is beautiful, overlooking the bay. Enjoyed the walk into town. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Towels are a little scratchy. Sitting on the patio with table and chairs was nice. Room overall pleasant but a little basic. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Island and apartments
Spacious and clean apartment, the toilet was next to the kitchen and no washing machine. But would highly recommend Paradise Apartments, serviced daily, very clean and friendly staff. Short walk to the beach. Can walk to town and the city. Lovely outdoor area, beautiful view and grassed area. Seems out of town but lovely walk. Definitely would stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay here. The owners were very friendly. We were picked up at the port but flew at airport when we left. Note: there's a fee for pickups and dropoffs. Rooms were basic. 4 twin beds put together to make 2 double beds which was fine for us. WiFi was choppy at times. Our AC was loud and was not strong enough for us. Wife saw some critters in the washroom and ants in the kitchen so put your food in the fridge. Walk to closest beach is about 5-10 mins depending on your stride. You have to walk a small path and make sure it's not high tide else you will get your feet wet. Also, good to bring a flashlight if you plan to stay out late so you can watch your steps coming back. Overall this is an ok place to stay if you want to be near the center/beach on a budget.

Perfect views of the bay from the impeccably furnished balcony, beautiful junior suite - clean, comfortable with all the amenities. Easy walk along the beach to Livadia ... just 10 minutes to Parikia. Special thanks to Pipina for the great hospitality!

luxury apartment with outstanding views
We were put in the best junior suite at the top of the block (room 02) which had a wonderful outdoor seating area which was private and overlooked the whole of Parikia and the bay opposite. Photos do not do this location justice. Sitting here watching the setting sunlight strike the bay every evening was one of the highlights of our holiday. Please note there is no pool and unless you like a lot of walking you really need a car to get down the hill to the beach and restaurants on the front. That said, I would recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Paros. The quality of the suite, the grounds, and cleaning service were all excellent. I should say that the TV was small and old, and the shower fitting was a bit dated and had no hook, so had to be held, but these are minor things compared to the superb experience of staying here. The location is the best in Paros. Easy drive down into the town of Parikia for Carrefour supermarket and restaurants including our favourite, Aeoli, where the owner Andreas will give you a warm welcome. Excellent food and you can watch the sun sink below the horizon as you dine. Driving the other way up the hill and along the headland will bring you to some lovely little sandy beaches perfect for swimming. And of course you can explore the rest of Paros Island and take a ferry over to AntiParos for the day to visit the superb caves!

Great hotel. 2 min walk to the beach.
My friend and I stayed here for 3 days. The staff was really friendly. The man who ran the place, Jorge, was very helpful. He helped us book a car for the 3 days. The beds weren't very comfortable though. Other than that our experience was pleasant.

Hotel messed up shuttle and we ended up having to taxi after a 45 minutes wait at the port. AC kept dripping water, resulting large pool of water our room. Beds were hard, shower leaks water everywhere. Location wise, not really safe to walk in the dark back to hotel and always have to take taxi. Overall maybe 1-2 star hotel at best

Good location.
It's a clean and beautiful hotel near the beach. Few minutes walk to the beach and 25minutes walk to the port. Only if you need to take a bus to the other places, you also need to walk to the port or take a taxi.

Nice quiet hotel.
It is a short walk to the beach located near the tourist port. There is a bar/cafe located at this beach. In my opinion more kid and family friendly than the mid-twenties boom boom crowd. It is possible to walk to the dining and shopping area near the port; however, transportation would be the preferred route if you wanted to relax. The hotel front desk lady gave good island suggestions for things to do, and the transfer they offer is convenient. Room was basic, clean, and had warm water. I would stay here again.

It is in a quiet location far from the port but near the beach. The hotel just rent you a room, nothing more. You pay for the port transfer. You get one bottle of water per stay. If you need something more, you need to pay. I really don't know why this hotel is so highly rated. The price is quite high comparing with other hotels along the beach. So, please check other hotels along the beach. They are very good also but inexpensive (you will pay 50% less).

Great value with a 5 star view
This hotel is located at the far end of the beach in the port of Paros. It is half way up the hill giving it a great view of Paros across the bay. The hike down to the beach is about 10 minutes, but remember the return hike is up hill. Hotel does not serve breakfast. Hike to the restaurants along the beach is 15-20 minutes. There is a small kitchen in the unit however. The manager lives in unit 17. So he is available even after the reception is closed. That came in handy when we left the key in the room one time. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The recommendation for the boat trip around Antiparos was fantastic and he help us book the boat and reserved the best spot on the front of the boat. Don't miss doing this in Paros. This place is a super value. Recommend having a car for this location.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful time at Paros Paradise Apartments. Pipina checked us in and lives on-site in case you need anything. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the edge of the beach, 10-minute walk to the populated part of the beach, 15-minute walk to a few good restaurants/shops, and 20-minute walk to the center of town. Cabs from the town cost 5 euros (tell the cab drivers that, because if you ask they may charge a few euros more). The apartment's tv didn't work and there was no shampoo, but everything else was perfect. Amazing views, clean, plenty of space, and a great staff. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place with beautiful view of the Paros Bay; rooms and outside seating areas very ample; at $30, by far the best comparable in the area. Owner is very hospitable. To get to town, you walk straight down the hill to the beach, which places you about a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry landing which is more or less the center. But if you want the beach, you're already there. And there's a restaurant that will deliver a wide menu with reasonable prices. The immediate neighborhood consists of upscale private homes widely dispersed. A very good choice if you don't insist on being right in town.

We enjoyed our stay at the Paros Paradise Apartments. Starting with a great pick up greeting from our host at the port, then a quick drive to our room. The location is about a 10 minute walk into the main port area and it pretty easy. We even walked it back home after dark and had no issues. The views are tremendous and we spent several evenings on our balcony enjoying sunsets and wine. Our room was very clean and kept up daily. We would return here with no hesitation!

Definitely Paros Paradise
We stayed at Paros Paradise for 4 nights. Beautiful gardens and surroundings. Views from the balcony were exactly as pictured, just stunning. It is a short walk into town, around 20mins, but is very close to the beach and there are some great restaurants down that end too. The rooms were spacious and clean , our beds made everyday and the kitchenette was ample.

Our stay at Paros Paradise Apartments was great. The hotel is well located, very close to the beach (less than 5 min walk) and to Parikia town center. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The view from the bedroom is exactly what is shown on the pictures.

Our stay at Paros Paradise Hotel was great. We had a room on the ground floor with an amazing view of the beach. The room has a kitchennette which is fully equipped to cook a meal including soap and a sponge to clean after ourselves and keep everything neat. We took a taxi from the port to the hotel but you can call the owner ahead of time and she can come pick you up for a small surcharge. The road to the beach is a bit long to walk but there is a shortcut that leads you to the beach from the hotel in a 5 minutes walk. The owner was extremely nice and helpful with everything and we would return to the same hotel without hesitation if we go back to Paros.

La vista sulla baia è mozzafiato! Le barche ormeggiate in rada si dispongono nella direzione del vento, cambiando scenario quotidianamente. Elisabeth, l'host dell'hotel è straordinaria per cortesia e fornisce suggerimenti efficaci sulle spiagge da visitare in relazione ai venti dominanti. La stanza è pulita, accogliente e il servizio è ottimo.. Che dire? Una struttura 10 e lode!

Super Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Bucht von parikia. Sehr nettes Personal. Auto empfehlenswert!! Das einzige das fehlt, ist ein Pool und ein paar Sonnenliegen, damit man abends liegend den schönen Sternenhimmel bestaunen kann;)

Nice apartment a bit further away from town
Good clean apartment with a really nice view. A bit hard to get to as it's about 2 kilometres from the centre of the town, but there are restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff.
