Interior Casa Stheno is a fully renovated 20sqm studio. The studio is equipped with a double bed, an open closet, a kitchenette and a small bathroom with a shower. Exterior Casa Stheno has a private balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). An ideal spot for enjoying meals, coffee or drinks while looking out the Old Venetian port. Guest access Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the studio and the balcony, during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the lush large veranda, at any time. Other things to note We would kindly ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the maisonette or its surrounding plot of land: \- Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM \- Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system.
