The famous southern beaches of the island such as the Golden Coast, Kalogeros with its natural clay, and in 15 minutes by car from the famous Naoussa.  
From its impressive outdoor spaces you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Piso Livadi meadow bay, while you are seduced by the warmest colors of the dusk.  
  
This beautiful Paros luxury villa has an imposing outdoor area, undoubtedly dominated by the swimming pool, which is surrounded by built-in elegant sun loungers, all overlooking the blue Aegean, ready to welcome you and relax you during the day.  
Right next to it, a carefully designed dining table placed under a pergola, ready to host you and your friends while you enjoy your meals during the day or night. On the upper level there are the luxurious bedrooms with the built-in goddess of Piso Livadi.  
The interior of the villa is just as impressive as the exterior, with a spacious minimal design living room and an indoor dining room in white tones, with wooden accents contrasting with the modern design and large windows allowing the sun to create a bright atmosphere and providing magnificent view of the blue waters of the Mediterranean.  
Casa Olea Villa also has a fully equipped kitchen of modern design, with impressive elegant white and wooden surfaces and a living room. A staircase as well as the Villa’s elevator will lead you to the three beautiful bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds and private bathrooms, and all offering a balcony and view of the Aegean Sea.
