### Blue Paradise: Comfy Beach Villa walking distance to the sea / pool access

Walking distance to one of the best beaches of Paros, Blue Paradise is a dreamy holiday home for your family or group of friends. Great sea views, pool access to a large swimming pool shared with 5 other villas in the area, and a comfortable lovingly furnished real island home guarantees a relaxing holiday to remember. Only 5 minutes drive to the center of Parikia – the port town of Paros- with bars, restaurants, taverns, open-air markets, and chick boutiques.  
  
The space  
This home has got plenty of outside spaces for dining, resting and admiring those beautiful views. Two dining tables, both seat up to 6 person under the shade of pergolas and a comfortable sunny, stone built seating area is situated in the private garden in front of the house.  
  
The main door is at the covered veranda, the living room accesses the terrace through double balcony doors. The main living area is in one space with the kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances that make life easier, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, electric cooker and oven and a dishwasher. Plenty of grocery and cutlery at your convenience would you decide to stay in for dinner.  
  
The bedrooms are situated in the elevated basement area, they all have windows looking over the garden and they all have natural light. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and besides curtains have shutters too that can block out the sun entirely. All rooms are air-conditioned (including the living room/kitchen area) except for the second double bedroom, which is on the north side of the house but this bedroom has got a ceiling fan. The house is made of local stone the walls are half a meter thick.  
  
The master bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom where you will find the washing machine too. There is a good size desk at the window so if you must you will be able to work comfortably. The second bedroom is standard double too (with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm) with it's own ensuite bathroom (shower) and the third bedroom features twin beds, ideal for children (two beds that can be pushed together each 90 x 180 cm) plus a bathroom with shower.  
  
The swimming pool shared by 8 houses in the same area is several steps down from the garden. The pool is spacious and it never gets crowded. If you prefer the beach, Marcello beach with a beach bar and snacks is just down the road, 5 minutes walk. This is one of the highest rated beaches of the island gaining the blue flag year by year.  
  
There is private parking at the back of the house for one car, a second car can park a bit further down in a public car park.

The neighborhood  
The area of KRIOS where this home is situated lies across the bay of Parikia. It’s a hilly residential area with holiday homes, local homes,and some hotels around. The beach of Marcello (also called Paralia Krios)is well known and loved by visitors and locals alike. This is one of the few beaches that are protected even when the strong north winds are blowing. There are a few seaside taverns and beach bars in this area but for grocery shopping, you have to go to Parikia, which is 5 minutes drive away. At the tip of the bay there is a small chapel called Agios Fokas, very popular with weddings and christenings. The area is great for walking and jogging with many pathways alongside the sea.  
  
Interaction with guests  
Anna will see you at your arrival, handle the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker etc.) tell you about the island and answer any questions.  
  
On your departure, she will see you again to check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by telephone in any case, she lives on the island permanently.

#### Dreams come true!

Great location in a quiet area. The villa was well equipped and decorated in calming blues. A comfortable Villa to return to after a busy or lazy day around the island. Plenty of outdoor seating and lounging in the sun or shade. Ana was super and met us at the property and showed us around. The beach is within walking distance and the view of the town and harbor is amazing and relaxing. I have stayed in this area since 2005 and believe it is one of the best places to vacation.

#### Fabulous place to stay

We couldn’t believe how wonderful this place was So many lovely places to sit outdoors with an incredible view and steps away from the gorgeous pool and stunningly beautiful beach : in our opinion the best on the island - we didn’t hire a car and instead found the lovely coastal walk into the main town to get our supplies, treating ourselves to the boat back. With four teenagers this was perfect. In their words “ literally paradise “ Haven’t been to Greece for twenty years - it’s changed a lot especially in terms of prices but this was a slice of pure gorgeousness

#### BEAUTIFUL!!

Perfect spot for us and our 4 daughters. Plenty of outside and inside space - terrific location - and fabulous host. Ana met us for check in - had some nice treats for us in the fridge and fruit bowl. She gave us great suggestions for local groceries and activities. The space was very clean - pool was spectacular too.
