Great staff, very large room by European standards. Shower leaked a bit, but clean. Ok breakfast. It’s very close to the train/bus station. There was a bit of drama, but it’s not unsafe. Easy walk to center of town, about 1 km.

Perfect for our eeds. Extremely convenient for Parma railway station (for early morning train) and 15 mins walk from the centre of the city, for sightseeing and eating out. Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, big comfy bed and breakfast included.

Water from the faucet wasn’t drinkable but I was not informed, I had to asked. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the little bottle of water. I answered I shouldn’t. Otherwise people were helpful, most of the time.

Property in conveniently located right next to the train station. Staff is great, they went out of their way to help me with an early checkout. Best wifi I had during my two-week trip. The only strange thing is you need to take two elevators to your room, not a big deal. Make sure you visit the Farnese Theatre and National Gallery, both are incredible.

Well located hotel for a night stopover in Parma
Well located hotel 10 minutes' walk to the city center, opposite train station and with secure underground parking a few meters away (10 euros per day). Nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and ok breakfast. To be recommended if you are traveling and need a stopover in Parma for a night.

The hotel was fine for what we paid for it. There was an issue with the check out time where your confirmation stated 12.00 as the time, the hotel insisted it was 11.00 and had a notice on the counter to back this up.

Convenient hotel
It is conveniently located beside the train station and not too far a walk from the city centre. The room I had was not very spacious, although the bed was quite big. The shower is nice and hot, the air conditioning works fine. I had the window open for all three nights, but on the last night I got an awful smell of cigarette smoke, someone outside must have been smoking, the window was facing into a tiny courtyard, it was also quite noisy, but once the windows are closed, the noise is much reduced. Breakfast is adequate.

Great stay in lovely Parma.
We stayed for one night, this hotel was a great place to base ourselves for a quick stop off in Parma. The room was huge, with a separate sitting area and modern bathroom. The breakfast was a typical continental style, great coffee and pastries. We felt very welcome on arrival, we were able to check in early and also leave our luggage behind the desk for a few hours after check out. Only slight annoyance was being charged for drinking the water in the room, 2 euro per bottle, despite there being no indication there would be a cost. We would defiantly stay again.

Great location and service
The hotel was only a stone’s throw away from the Parma train station and within walking distance of the city’s main sightseeing attractions. Signore Enzo at the reception was very friendly and provided helpful information. The room was spacious for 3 adults.

Great location, great value
Nicely renovated hotel less than a minute from the train station. It opened onto a plaza with no sights or sounds from trains. I would stay there again in a heart beat

Disappointed. Service was friendly but the hotel had filthy showers, poor breakfast, lots of undesirables hanging around front of hotel, annoying parking system, poor housekeeping practices.

Newly renovated hotel with tasty breakfast
This is a beautiful hotel that must have recently been renovated. The place has gorgeous Italian plaster throughout. We got a fourth floor room with skylights that open with a remote control. Once we figured out how to use them, they were very cool and let lots of cool air into our room. It was almost like camping when we left them open at night. There is complementary breakfast available in the morning. You must push "-1". It is one level below the reception level. I believe it starts at 6:30am. It's substantial and they make great espresso and coffee on the spot. Reception was also super helpful. They called a motorcycle museum in a neighboring town (Moto Rumi) for us and spoke to the director in Italian so that they place would be open when we arrived. Then they scheduled a car service to take us to the museum. The only thing I would say is that there are a lot of immagrants in the area as it is right next door to the train station. No one bothered us. It just threw us off when we arrived as we expected to see more italian people. The Pilotta Palace is a ten minute walk away from the hotel and we walked home every night, late at night with no problems.

Conveniently located clean and comfortable hotel.
Hotel is extremely convenient for the train station. Reception staff were very helpful. Room comfortable and clean with good air conditioning which was essential as it was 38 oC during my stay. It was so good I wish I'd stayed an extra night.

Five minutes or less from RR station. Tip: from train go down one level, up one level. Staff very helpful. Room small, but light and clean. Ten minutes from center of Parma, max 15. Breakfast substantial. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and great hotel
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was sad I was only staying one night. As soon as we walked into the room it was instant awe. The best was extremely comfortable. The shower was different from what I'm used to. Overall, the room was amazing and I would definitely come back again.

Ottimo albergo realizzato in una struttura storica ben ristrutturata.personale professionalmente preparato. Basterebbe un po di accortezza nel togliere la polvere dalla stanza e x quanto concerne la colazione molto buona , ma per una zona ristorazione cosi curata andrebbe usata x il caffè ed il cappuccino una macchina da bar professionale. Per il resto lo consiglio. P.s. le zanzariere alle finestre sono basilari

Très bon hôtel, joliment décoré, confortable (notre chambre était originale) et bon petit déjeuner. Mais situé près de la gare avec des groupes bruyants qui traînent dans les environs. Même au 4eme étage avec les fenêtres fermées on peut être dérangé. Dommage.

La cosa che più ho adorato dell'hotel è la lobby, molto elegante e tranquilla, che invita a rilassarsi con un buon libro e una bevanda calda che si può prendere alla macchinetta con soli 50 centesimi. L'hotel è situato proprio all'uscita della stazione, perfetto per chi arriva stanco. In ogni caso Parma è piccola, e in dieci minuti di cammino si è già in centro. Camera dalle dimensioni giusto, letto comodissimo, bagno curato e moderno. La colazione è semplice ma si mangia bene.

A côté de la gare
Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, fuyez cet hôtel situé à 50m de la gare de Parme où les trains passent régulièrement en actionnant leurs trompes. Par ailleurs aucun membre du personnel ne parle unmot de français.

Veramente ottimo
Proprio di fronte alla stazione Fs questo bell'hotel è la soluzione ottimale per visite soprattutto brevi a Parma. Reception cortese ed efficiente, confortevoli spazi comuni, ampia stanza con comodo letto, e bel bagno con doccia assai confortevole.Compresa nel prezzo una buona colazione.Consigliato!!! Io ci tornerò sicuro!!
