Parkville Vacation Packages

Good price. Not far from hwy but didn't here it or any noise when in room. Staff was friendly. It was clean and good shower pressure.

When we travel west this is a half way point. We always stop here when we travel. This time I was disappointed with the less than personable check in and check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dining was ok at Brew Brothers. The casino was a disaster. Dirty. Machines out of order, some had signs posted that they would shut down at 8 pm. Never again will we stop here.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms & bathrooms.

The breakfast included only consisted of toast, bagel, and yogurt! No decaf coffee. The nice thing is it was quiet and not noisy.

A really great location. The major touchpoints were 1) parking, 2) front desk, 3) restaurant, 4) room, and 5) fitness. Parking was convenient, especially since the gate arms were broken. The front desk was annoyed at any requests for towels so they might need a better towel management process. The restaurant was courteous and efficient but the food was not worth the price; nearby restaurants were better options. The double bed suite was a nice space. The fitness room was okay but could use some yoga mats. Pretty average overall.
