"We were overbooked at another hotel due to an event in the city, even though we booked well in advance. We were able to get reservations in the middle of the night and were then able to get an early check in. The staff were very friendly, empathetic and understanding. They were able to accommodate us and were very sorry for the situation that we had at another hotel. The beds are very comfortable, it has Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotions on the wall and you use all you need so no need to travel with those items. Plenty of space between bed and window wall and desk/ eating areas. Breakfast is to go with plenty of coffee, bagels/pastries to begin your day. Very nice area 25 minutes away from the city and airport is about 35 minutes away."
