« The house is great and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was set up comfortably and beautifully. We made great breakfasts and ate outside on the patio, in the shade. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced on VRBO, with every thing we needed, which was a delight. « Kathy, the property manager, and Ruth, the property owner, were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The property was clean, beautiful, spacious, and it had everything we needed. We traveled with two dogs and our adult children. We took our surron e-bikes and explored the trails and jumps near by. Enjoyed Sensorio and the Ravine which were under 10 minutes away. We also fished at Lake Nacimiento. We were able to grill and have bonfires each night after exploring. We took dips in their pool...

« Overall a great place. Loved the decor and warmth felt in the house. However!!! Trying to access the property from the street was dangerous!!! There is no railing up the so called stairs to the gate. Rather than trying going down or up this way, we walked through weeds on so called grass until we felt safe to access street. This could potentially be a lawsuit in the making »

« The Orchard House exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in person, than the pictures. The house sits up on a hill above the orchard and has a fantastic view to enjoy. The house is so roomy with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it easy for everybody to get ready at the same time. The owners were wonderful too making sure the directions were easy as well. Fantastic house to stay at. Highly recommend it. »
