"We asked for early check in but denied so we arrived late after thanksgiving dinner. The house had a distinct unclean order upon entering the property. The hot water heater was busted & dirty water was sitting in the drain pan. The pots in the kitchen were rusty, & unusable. It was freezing cold & no blankets available. "we had a really good time in dallas, host was awesome and responsive. place was clean and served it's purpose for our stay. id say the biggest downside to this place was the a/c. We couldnt get the temp under 76. We were out and about during the day so it wasnt a huge deal, but yea it was a little toastier than i prefer."
