"No person on site but it was needed. Was a short walk to shopping and the wharf. Quintessential New England Seaport. Food options in Rockport weren't great but many within a short drive. Room was good and we enjoyed our time there. Would stay again."

We could not find anyone when trying to get our room or code to get in. and email check in time and texted time were different times. Other then that all good "

"This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!"

"Our first time to Plum Island and it did not disappoint! Kelli was great and the cottage itself provided a perfect getaway for myself and my five besties! Great proximity to everything you need and well stocked both inside and out, with bikes, coolers and outdoor games for you to enjoy. Everything was clean and neat and just lovely overall. Top that off with a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water within walking distance and breathtaking sunsets right out the front door every evening and this place is truly a gem! "

"This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved walking across the street to the beach. We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. "
