Beautiful mountain views from the patio and the pool! If you ever decide to leave the amazing backyard there is plenty to do inside. Large pool house with a bar and games, including foosball! Spacious 3-bedroom home with 2 separate living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. Garage is available for your use. This house will be your go-to place for family trips! Kids will be in heaven! Located in Holiday Harbour with river access and a private community boat launch. Quick jaunt to Lake Havsasu. Plenty of room for everyone! Don't miss this one!

HOT TUB AND POOL HEATING POLICY:

APPLICABLE ONLY IF HEATING IS AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY .

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.

Colorado River Weekend

Great house and large enough that 8 guys don’t feel crowded at all. Pool is a nice feature after a day in the sun. Two living rooms to watch your favorite team play or sit back and enjoy a movie. Game room is a nice place to hang out and have some fun.

Beautiful home and area

The house was so roomy and comfortable for my adult kids and our dog. The pool was so fun and the game room was a family favorite! The house is so considerately stocked incase you may have forgotten anything. Location is absolutely beautiful and I personally loved the decorative choices, very family friendly and inspiring. Management was very responsive, helpful, and kind. I will definitely be coming back to this property…being pet friendly was huge in deciding on this property as well, my dogs first road trip and she did great and loved the backyard.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful. So spacious and well set. The big kids had so much fun in the game room. The view from the pool is amazing!! I had two small issues but Lyla was took care of them ASAP. She check in with me to make sure everything was taken care of. The house sits up in a hill so if you are a runner bring your shoes you would want to hit that hill. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood quite. I would definitely recommend this house and I would totally book again.

Very Fun House

Setting the Bar

This was our first stay at this property, WILL NOT BE our last ! Had the privilege of staying here over Labor Day Weekend and wish we could’ve stayed for another week. Property manager was accommodating and available, but not overbearing. Home was well appointed, plenty of parking off the pavement. Day use launch less than 2 minutes away when you’re ready for the river, awesome pool and game room / bar when your off the water. This one set the bar for us as far as vacation rentals go, going to be very hard to beat !
