My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property. We were with a large group who were in several houses in the area. We were surprised to find out the house across the street, with the same owners, is where our immediate family was staying. We didn’t realize they would be so close and it was great. Even though we took everything we needed to cook with, it was nice to see the kitchen stocked with so many spices. It was supplied with adequate pots and pans, utensils and dishes. There were many little extras that I haven’t seen in other homes we have rented. The house is close to River Island State Park which is where we spent most of our days. Parking is not great, especially for a trailer. House cleaner was still there an hour after we were supposed to check in so we waited outside...leading to a noticeably hurried effort inside. Trash cans located right by the front porch were jam packed and overflowed onto the ground when we arrived and they smelled horrible. The property was clean, the decor was pleasant, the home was well stocked (including comfortable beds and bedding with plenty of hot water and shower pressure!). The host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to rent again. Close to Parker and Lake Havasu.. Me, my sister and her family rented for a weekend getaway. Only thing we encountered here was that there was a lot of white dog hair all over everything..
