"I witnessed staff be rude multiple times over the phone while in the lobby. One women hung up the phone on someone. The bed is very creaky and wasn’t very comfortable. They give you free bad wifi but you have to pay $7 to get good wifi you can actually do stuff with. You can’t cast anything to the tv so I hope you like watching cable"

Nothing included at quoted price, even $3 to park in their parking lot and not very secure as when we were loading our car the local sheriff was in the parking lot conducting an report for two vehicles broken into. "Everything seemed nice and clean, they just seemed to maybe be a little short staff. It was very hard to get towels for the pool and they never had any in the pool area on the shelves. Also had to ask for things at breakfast in the morning, did not keep stuff stocked up well. "

"Shannon's home was fantastic, a great home away from home. This is actually my hometown so I know the area well, and it's in a perfect location! The home was clean and a really great layout for our family. It's super close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Shannon was very responsive via text and the home instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!"
