Beautiful Lake views from all living spaces in the house, with a screened in porch to enjoy your coffee as well as the view. 1.5 acres, a nice rock patio with a fire pit to enjoy, and plenty of parking space. We are just across the road from Petit Bay State Park. It is a super short drive to the park, swimming area, fishing area, and 3 boat ramps. This was trip 2024 with my crew plus a few and the trip was quite a blast. Great times with great people and no nonsense just good clean fun with Family. Our house was exactly what we needed for space and convenience of location to the river,lake and the stores. The modern updates were nice and the AC was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay lots of morning giggles from us older ones remembering old times and from the kids at night making new memories.
