They helped me work through booking issues (which I caused). They have let me work around their schedule to be able to stay and have always been very responsive to any questions I had. Visited the lake and floated the Illinois for a last summer getaway before school starts. My husband and I took our 4 teens and stayed 2 nights. Check in was smooth with no issues and literally everything we needed was there at the house (except I do recommend an ice cream scoop-we used spatula and it worked fine!). we cooked out one night and sat on the deck playing cards with a beautiful view of Lake Tenkiller. There were plenty of towels and dishes for us to use while we were there. There are quite a few properties there close, but we never heard a peep from any of the neighbors or other homes on the street. Restaurants and shopping areas just a short drive, depending on needs. I would recommend hitting Walmart or large grocery store before you get there because the local convenience stores carry a lot of wants/needs, but you definitely pay for CONVENIENCE (we paid $12 for a half gallon of Blue Bell)!
