It has some important positives, but there are also quite a few things that could have been better.It is in a good location for getting to events at Soldier Hollow, which was the reason for our trip. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the layout is decent. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear noise from the hall and the unit above, especially when the upstairs bathroom was in use (shower and flush). The decor is dated and the furniture is worn. It is also clunky and dark. I have bruises on my thighs from walking around the end of the bed because the space between the enormous bed and huge wardrobe is only 19” and the bedpost has sharp corners. Other minor irritations are the toilets don’t flush easily and the dishwasher is incredibly loud. In summary, it would be time for an update. ##### Elke H. The pictures were very accurate, the place was clean and well furnished with all we needed for our family of five to stay. We cooked all meals and found everything we needed. The pool was great and fun for the kids, and parents. We stayed during the week and it was not busy. It was quiet and there were many activities to do. check in and out was easy. There is a nice quiet pub/bar that we tried out at night. Great family place to stay!! We will be back! ##### Robert M. Pillows were terrible. Coffee not good and machine dirty. Kitchen small but we managed. Very nice property and unit overall. Far from ski resorts that are not super expensive. We had a great time overall in Utah. Also steakhouse o Christmas was terrible service and food. ##### Dena T. However, my biggest complaint would be that communication wasn’t the best. It took 3 days to get someone to come light the pilot light on the fireplace and they never did come fix the drain in the second bathroom tub. I actually wanted to use the big jetted tub in the master but there was mold in the jets. I never even mentioned this, to be fair, but considering the lack of response to the other tub I didn’t even try. The beds were pretty comfortable and the blackout drapes were awesome so we slept good! Also, even though they say you have to pay for extra towels they did come by and offer to give us more.
