We had no air conditioning for the Friday night and most of Saturday, had to call 2 times. The 2nd time I called the man on the phone said “bummer”. When they came out they couldn’t fix it, couldn’t move us to another room, ended up putting a portable ac in, hose wasn’t connected so it blew hot air into the room, making it unbearable. Then the unsecured boards fell out leaving the window wide open. We had to miss two of my nephews games and family dinner. Had to call 2 more times to get the boards secured. The gentleman who came out both times was very nice, however. We paid good money for a lot of hassle.And the shower spigot seems to be falling out of the wall in the tub, which my mom nearly had a bad fall because it was so slippery. ##### Nadine W.
