The Zermatt resort was not quite as marketed. The putt putt was falling apart and was not really playable. Restaurants were not open. Sand volley was not in good shape. Beds were comfy. The only things that made it lose 1 star is the lack of a television in the King bedroom. It would also be VERY NICE to have plastic dishes for the kiddos. The spoons are all serving size spoons and my kiddos couldnt fit them in their mouths so we had to go buy plastic ware & plates. ##### Natalie S. The rooms have been updated with modern furniture. Great layout for a family stay with a living room in the middle of 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location near the pool at the resort. Couldn’t hear much from other guests in adjacent rooms which was great too. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, and very good at communicating. My daughter said the sofa bed was super comfortable. Our one suggestion would be to better secure rugs to carpet….or just replace?? Several of us (especially our 2 year old!) tripped on the main living area rug despite our best efforts to pull, stretch, lift chairs/tables to manage the wrinkles and bumps.
