Kitchen is good for a quick lunch but you cant cook anything as they did not provide any decent cookware ( there was 1 frying pan and 1 pot with teflon heavily scraped off - smth that i would cook with). dinning area - the kitchen island - can fit only 3 guests, as there are only 3 stools. This condo is in a prime location, allowing us to walk downtown very easily. It suited the 3 of us just fine when we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. I imagine it would be wonderful in the winter with the cozy stove, and, again, central location. For the summer, just know that it really doesn't cool off. We opened every window and the door, along with turning on all fans, the moment it was cool outside, and it stayed pretty warm, especially upstairs...not too fun for sleeping. We also only had ONE pan to cook with. The staff offered to help us on the day we were checking out...soooo, not helpful. It's likely just unfortunate for us, but I'm not impressed at the moment. This place is fine. It meets some basic requirements: it is warm, and it is dry. Overall, the accommodations were quite basic for our family. The kitchen equipment, like pots and pans, was severely limited and required some creative use to be able to cook effectively. Also, we could only find four forks and four mugs. We actually left early one night to stay in a nice place before our flight home. On the plus side, fairly easy walk to the lift, parking was fine, but we constantly worried about whether we needed to move our car given the conflicting signage. Full fridge for all our food/drinks was good. The place provided all the necessary cookware but we didn’t use any. The beds were a good size and comfortable for me. There is a fireplace but we also didn’t use that. Everything worked well except for the AC unit in the bedroom. As long as the hose was connected to the unit, it worked great but the hose kept coming off and the unit would pour in heat. We made a temporary fix that worked for the last night we were there. Also the main floor bathroom had no drain plug. Great place if you are wanting to be close to Main Street. My brother slipped and fell on the stairs on our first day there. A large piece of ice was left on the stair tread upon our arrival. He fell on his back. The directions are not good. They don't send you to where you can park and in the dark it was very difficult to find. Fireplace didn't work at all. Hot water in the downstairs bathroom only lasted 5 minutes...doesnt work for 6 people. No information for anything in house at all. Pretty disappointed. ##### Kristy H. The home was clean, the location was excellent, however the home was tiny and dated. The pictures are accurate, but showcase the priperty in a far better lens than the reality. Great location to Main Street and park city mountain resort. Having a personal parking spot was nice. The second floor unit was nice though stairs can be tricky when dumping snow (slippery). Maintenance did a good job of clearing stairs. Plowing became difficult if other parked cars didnt move. The space was ideal for two adults. We enjoyed the park within walking distance. This unit is perfect for two people working remotely - solid wifi and two desks within enough separation to accommodate simultaneous calls. The location is also PERFECT. Jul 21, 2021 #### Lovely and cozy for our small family of 3 Despite the heat (90s in July), we enjoyed our Park City vacation. If you might be here during another heat wave (coming from AZ, I hadn’t anticipated the heat when booking a rental without A/C), the upstairs gets pretty hot although the rest of the condo cools down comfortably in the evening. Walkable to the mountain coaster/other activities at Park City, close to mountain biking galore and walkable to many restaurants on Main. ##### Tina H. Our family of 6 was tight in the space but we enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect and a bonus was exploring the fantastic library next door. Heads up- many places do not have air conditioning for the summer months and this was one! (There was an oscillating fan that helped.) ##### Christine L. The description was spot on. I only contacted the management firm twice and both times my question was answered quickly. The location is just about perfect; quiet but a short walk to the center of downtown and all that goes with it. The property is cozy with a decently equipped kitchen.
