The location was on the bus line. Check in was easy. Wifi was good. Beds and lines were just OK and could use updating. The kitchen had all the gadgets but the appliances were just OK, somewhat worn. The property is older. The condo met our needs and was more affordable than other properties in Park City. All the properties are expensive, one just wishes they got more for the buck. That is a Park City issue, not this property. The place was quiet and parking easy! No garage access available to us with this unit. There are outside decks but because it was winter, we did not use the decks. ##### patricia w. The hot water was hot, the larger TV was appreciated and the proximity to Park City activities was nice. There are a few characteristics of this house that are less than ideal: the third story loft is open to the second bedroom and you must walk through the bedroom to get to the loft; there are two bathrooms/showers and one is off the kitchen; there are no closets in the master bedroom that you are allowed to use (and the others are stuffed with household items); you do not have access to the garage (bummer during bad weather); pet friendly means dog hair on the couch; Vacasa did not supply extra toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags (we left you some...you're welcome); there is very little food storage space in the kitchen; there is no hot tub. I have been renting houses in this neighborhood for many years, and this one is less updated than others. But, it is also cheaper and has what you need to get by and be reasonably comfortable. ##### Phillip A.
