This 4BR/4.5BA, two level Apex condo was designed and furnished by Park City's Dot & Co and features ski in/out access to the Canyons Village, incredible views, and access to all of the upscale amenities of The Apex - heated pool, fitness center, game room and more. The Apex also offers free shuttle service within the Canyons Village through the Canyons Village Connect app. Other Things to Note: Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures. 1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay. 2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details). If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting. The rental was very clean and well-stocked. Great communication from the management staff. It was great to have ski-in/ski out. But one thing I would note in the instructions is that Docs Run from the orange bubble lift is a difficult blue run that our children had a lot of trouble skiing. I would warn guests that it is for more experienced skiers and note to guests that the “over and out” lift is much easier to use to get to the condo. We stayed with two infants under age of two and helped us check in early and check out late. Every extra we asked for we got it in no time. Make sure in the garage you park your car on the designated numbered spot otherwise you will end up with a sticker on your window that hard to get rid of.
