She gave us amazing information and was very thorough. She answered questions right away. It was a small room for my husband and I plus our two kids. We fit just fine. The room has a lot of decor that made it a bit more difficult to fit our stuff. I think less is more especially for 4 people staying in the room. The room is clean and has a kitchenette. It was a great location. The property is spread out and confusing. However it is ski in and ski out and that is what we were looking for. The ski services is awkward and not as helpful as advertised. Not sure if that was due to covid. We loved the pool! It snowed our last day and spent the day playing at the pool. Overall we loved our get away close from home and will stay in the property again! The room was amazing and comfortable and the property was welcoming and super convenient to food and the ski lifts. The most surprising was the complementary ski equipment valet. She is very quick with replying to your questions or concerns. At the end of a day of skiing the steam bath was great. The resort is very accommodating. Super easy ski in/ski out. Just walk to the chair lift and they hand you your skies and poles. ##### Art K. The details made the experience. The free ski valet stored our gear and delivered it to the gondola hassle free each day. The free ski lockers provided a place to store our boots and meant we only had to walk a short distance to the gondola in our boots. The free shuttles have an app that makes it extremely convenient to use. It was nice not be nickeled and dimed to death. Pay for the location and enjoy the experience. Tips from my experience: -Skip the rental car. -Have everyone in your group download the shuttle app. It is great and convenient but has quirks and will give one reservation a 15 min window and the person standing next to you the shuttle with the 3 min window. Even with its quirks it was just as easy as Uber app. and believe it or not, it was more convenient then Uber. -The ski valet, the ski locker, the maintenance, the shuttle, and the front desk staff were all helpful and pleasant. The bell staff was a disaster. Let the bell staff deliver your bags and store your empty bags, for everything else talk to the front desk staff or shuttle drivers. -Keep smaller bills on you for tips. -The shuttle will take you to the park city side of the mountain with your gear. So staying on the canyons side provides easy access to all of the mountain. -Have the grocery store deliver groceries to your room. Just about every large store in town had a delivery service.
