Park City Colony Grand CDC cleanings are performed using checklists following all CDC cleaning guidelines. This is the ultimate ski-in/ski-out Colony mansion! It sits on 6.62 acres of wooded area to give you a serene privacy. This home is located in the prestigious gated community of The Colony, which is slope side in the midst of Park City Mountain Resort. Built in 2013, Park City Colony Grand Ski-in/Ski-out offers 7,269 square feet of luxury over two levels, offering six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and an additional two half bathrooms — all to accommodate up to 19 guests. When you enter this spectacular home, you'll be greeted by expansive spaces, with the entire home being professionally decorated to reflect a modern décor. Living Room: This room features comfortable and contemporary furnishings around a soaring floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. Step out onto expansive private deck offering outdoor furnishings including a fire table. Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space has everything: high-end appliances, finishes and cabinetry. Features include a 6-burner gas stove, double ovens, microwave, two dishwashers and an oversized refrigerator. Adjacent to this space, is a breakfast nook and sitting area with a lovely circular table and access to the deck. The cozy sitting area offers leather furnishing, a cozy fireplace, television, and even a window bench seat. Check out the adjacent deck off the kitchen where you will find bar seating and a large BBQ grill. Dining Area: The dining area is warm and inviting and the lovely wood dining table can seat up to 10 diners. Family/Game/Theater Rooms: On the home's lower level, you will find a spacious great room with two large flat-screen televisions and a spacious circular sectional sofa. Additional seating, a warm gas fireplace, a shuffleboard table and foosball, along with a large wet bar with seating, makes this a terrific entertainment space. Just added is a newly furnished and fully equipped theatre room for endless entertainment. Off the family/game room is a large patio featuring outdoor seating, a new 9-person hot tub, and a fire pit for the cooler nights in the fall and early winter. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand Master Suite (Main Level) –This grand room features a king size bed, a cozy gas fireplace, and flat-screen television. The private bathroom is a serene space, offering dual vanities, a large soaking tub and a dual head steam shower. You will also enjoy fantastic views. Step out on the private balcony to enjoy the mountain air and views, and enjoy a soak in the new hot tub. Master Suite 2 (Main Level) – This spacious bedroom has a king bed, TV and floor-to-ceiling windows for lots of natural light and views. The en suite bathroom has a large tile and glass shower, and stone counter sink. Master Suite 3 (Lower Level) – This suite offers a king bed, TV, with private bathroom with two stone counter vanities, and a spacious tile and glass shower. There is also access to the lower level back patio. Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) – Two double beds, a TV and the private bath has dual stone counter sinks along with a tile and glass shower. Bedroom 5 (Lower Level) – This bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, TV and a desk. The private bathroom has a tile and glass shower. Bedroom 6 (Lower Level) – Two twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle, TV, and the private bath features a tub/shower combo. Half bath on the main level and on the lower level Ski-in/out Access: Store your equipment in the spacious ski room that is equipped with boot warmers. From there, you are a few steps to the Panorama ski run (blue) for a true ski-in, ski-out experience. If you ski to and take the Dreamscape quad lift, and back down Panorama, you will have the opportunity to do multiple laps before you see any other skiers or maybe get first tracks! Ski-In/Ski-Out access is dependent on certain lifts and trails being open. When these are not open, guests will need to drive to the Cabriolet parking lot to access the slopes. Outdoor Areas: From the main level deck, enjoy in the surrounding wooded and mountain views from the abundance of outdoor furnishings, including a fire table, and commercial outdoor heaters to keep you cozy on the cooler evenings. Take in the same great views from the lower level patio, which also offers comfortable outdoor furnishings, a fire pit surrounded by cozy chairs, and a new 9-person hot tub. The house was newly built and impeccably clean. Aside from the impressive design and architecture, the house contained all of the amenities we needed for our large group. The kids loved the play area and movie theater. The outdoor jacuzzi was a hit among the adults for apres ski, and the large living room made it possible for everyone to socialize together. We found the location to be ideal given the easy access onto the slope. This made it convenient to stop at the house during the day to take a break or grab a bite to eat. Overall, this has been our favorite rental house in Park City and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Tomislav K.
