Fully renovated as of December 2024. Fully renovated including new furniture and opening back up for reservations beginning December 2024! This is the best location in Park City where you are close to Main Street and ski in vía Town Lift. No dealing with parking at PCMR/Canyons or paying/reserving for it now that that is required. Two bedroom one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space. You cannot beat this location. Hot tub on site right below the condo. Includes one dedicated parking spot on Woodside. The condo has 2 bedrooms and a patio off of both bedrooms. Common space in the building includes free washer/dryer on the 1st floor, sitting area, and a hot tub filled in the winter months. Other things to note Around town: any stairs with green handle railings are public access and are the route to both Main Street dining & shopping, and the walkway to Quit N Time ski run. Early season & spring conditions for skiing may not allow skiing on Quit N Time.
