Beautifully upgraded condo with granite, marble, wood, and stone throughout. Park City Mountain Resort is right outside the back door. There are also several bus route stops right outside.

\*\*PROPERTY OVERVIEW\*\*  
Find all the comforts of home, and then some. For families with small children, slide the opaque glass barn door open, and enjoy a large one-bedroom condo with a king size bed for mom and dad, and a queen size bed for the kids. For older children and adults, the opaque glass barn door divides the space into a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom on one side, and a smaller second bedroom room with a queen size bed and a separate entryway through the living room, each room with its own closet. The unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom area and a queen size bed in the bonus room area. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa making the total sleeping capacity six people.  
All new stainless steel appliances in kitchen, water and ice served from refrigerator door.  
Drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker – bring your favorite blend or k-cups.  
Completely upgraded kitchen, granite counter tops, marble back-splash, porcelain tile floor.  
Small television in kitchen swivels for viewing from the kitchen or from the bar.  
Washer and dryer in unit.  
Large dining table with seating for 6.  
4 bar stools for additional seating at the kitchen bar.  
Large desk. Leave your work on the desk without cluttering the rest of the condo.  
Wood burning fireplace - nothing like hot flames dancing on a cold night.  
Leather sleeper sofa in living room with a queen size memory foam mattress.  
Two extremely comfortable leather swivel rocker recliners .

1 or 2 bedroom configuration has a king size bed in the master bedroom area and a queen size bed in the bonus room area. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.  
  
\*\*LOCATION\*\*  
The Silver King Hotel is located at the last bus stop before the buses get to the Park City Mountain Resort (or the first stop after they leave the resort). Any bus that goes to the resort also passes right by the condo's front door. If you prefer to walk, almost anything you need is within a mile away of the condo, including the downtown area. If you leave through the back door of the condo, First Time Lift is located on the other side of the parking lot (roughly a few hundred yards away).  
  
\*\*GETTING AROUND\*\*  
The free buses stop directly in front of the Silver King Hotel. They will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. The bus drivers are very helpful in guiding you to your destination. If you require other forms of transport, Park City Host can provide it.

Your stay at the Silver King hotel includes:  
Heated indoor/outdoor pool on the same floor as this condo, a short walk around the corner. Enter the pool indoors, swim out under the stars.

The Silver King was nice. Unit 315 was below standard. The dishes and silverware were dirty. The kitchen had nothing to clean with - no sponges no towels, limited glass ware and again dishes dirty. There was nothing to cook with accept oil and salt and pepper. Nothing to store food in or cover it with. This was the most scarce kitchen I have ever experienced. The master bath sink was clogged and we asked for it to be addressed - someone came to agree it was clogged and no plumber return to fix it so the master bath tub did not drain. The washing machine did not take the soap - it just stayed in the center console and was not dispersed through out the wash. The walk across the street to ski was convenient. Second bedroom very small. There are plenty of other places to stay for the same price, so we will chose elsewhere next time.

The condo is listed as a two-bedroom. It is only a one-bedroom with a curtain and glass barn door dividing the room. The condo needs an update and a deep clean. Black dirt in the drinking water and ice. I’m in-sure the sheets and towels were clean. Cookie crumbs and other crumbs fell out of the sofa when we pulled out the sofa bed. Our stay was disappointing considering the cost. I’m not impressed with Park City Host management.

#### Silver King Resort Ski Vacation

The unit was exactly as described. The access to the slopes should be emphasized by a guest (me)...so here you go...it is right there! If there was not a parking lot you could ski in/out. What a joy to be so close. Also, this unit is close to the hot tub, gym and lobby. I know the listing says these things, but post stay, I can confirm these where wonderful things to see were so accurate. Lastly, the underground parking was GREAT! Do not underestimate the value of that one. Enjoy and thanks to our Silver King hosts!

#### Nice but not perfect

The condo is in a typical ski centric condo complex. It is not in downtown Park City but about a mile away. There is a free Park City transit stop outside the building so it does make it easy to get to places. Check in would have been easy but the staff had not been notified of our arrival so there was a little delay. Also while the unit was clean it was not stocked with a kitchen sponge, sufficient kitchen towels or dishwasher detergent. Management did resolve quickly when brought to their attention but it was an oversight. In addition the refrigerator filter had been changed and was left in the sink. They did not run the fridge water as they should so water was grey with particles. Quite disturbing. Finally the only windows in the unit did little to keep the cold out. We kept checking to see if the windows were closed. There were portable heaters next to the windows to address the cold breeze. Overall the unit is up to date but there is definitely room to improve to take to a four star improvement. I will acknowledge that management responded quickly to our concerns but it would have been better if those items had been taken care of prior to our arrival.

#### Great location

We loved this place. We stayed here in July 2022 while it was over 100 degrees everyday back home in Texas. The temp in Park City was perfect. The condo was within walking distance to Historic Main Street and the activities at Park City Mountain resort. The grocery store was a short drive. We golfed in Midway, but stayed in Park City because it's a higher elevation with cooler temps. The condo property had a beautiful pool and very nice hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, knives, etc. The air conditioning was great. Always had plenty of parking in the underground garage. The bus stop (free) was right out front. As is typical with condos, there are only windows on one side. If it had a deck/patio, it would have been perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was easy, property was adequately equipped for 4-day ski trip, can’t beat the east location. We thought the back door exit to the ski area was very convenient & the ski locker storage was ideal. Good experience…would stay here again!!

We were 5 ladies stayed at Snow King condominium complex for a skiing trip at Deer Valley. The bus stop was in front of the building and very convenient to get to Main Street, Deer Valley and groceries stores. The unit we stayed was cleaned and accurate listing. A few things (refrigerator, toilet stopper, dishwasher) were broken but the management sent people to fix the problems. Our group was there to ski and to have a good time so broken appliances didn’t bother us; however, I can see it could be a problem if someone traveled with a family.

Distance to the slopes was perfect with three young kids. Facilities were clean and hot tub area nice. Dishwasher needs some work, it wasn’t effective at cleaning rinsed dishes. Could use more silverware too.

The Silver King Condo was very comfortable four our family. The pool/hot tube and ski locker were a big plus. The location close to the lifts can't be beat. We had a wonderful stay!

Property was as described. Clean. Great location. Easy to get to slopes, rentals, restaurants. There were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived (after midnight) so we spent the first night without use of that bed which was a minor inconvenience. The property manager had it taken care of as soon as I emailed immediately the next day.
