It was clean and linens were good. My only complaint was on the listing. There was a photo of two pools and the one picture showed an awesome pool with great lounge chairs, and we picked this listing because of that, however when we got there we only had access to the small pool and found out we had to pay $30 for a day pass to the big pool. I went back to the listing to see if it was advertised that way and at the very end of the description it does state that you have access to the Silver something pool but have to pay. It felt like false advertising and wouldn’t have choose this place for the small pool . We still had a good time using the small pool because when we went there wasn’t a lot of people there so we had access to the 10 lounge chairs ( we used 5) We were worried we couldn’t get a chair because of the size of the complex . I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with young kids. BUT it should be listed as more of a hotel not a house. I book things on VRBO because it’s not a hotel. You need parking passes and if you have anyone come visit they only allow two cars per guest. But yet the place has three rooms. This is a hotel with multiple rooms. The management company is very annoying. They send a ridiculous amount of emails. I had to verify my identity 4 times. One was to upload my drivers license which I have no problem with. But then I need to upload a picture of myself also. Checking in to the place was confusing. It said I needed to through an online portal. But that’s not true. You need to go to a front desk. It was worse than a hotel check in. Moose property management is just ridiculous. If I ever book another place and they are managing it. I will immediately cancel.
