Hot tub was empty and off but they charge you a hot tub cleaning fee up front. Cleaning fees are extremely high for a place that was so filthy. Called the local property manager several times about the hot tub. Called customer service several times. All said maintenance would be out on the first day to fix it but they didn’t show up at all in 3 days. Nobody including property manager returned phone calls/texts regarding the hot tub. I asked to be checked out or moved to a property that had a working hot tub as that was the whole reason for choosing the property. Was told yes at first then nobody would return calls saying if another property was available. This was my first and only time using this property service.
