Steps away from the ski lift that runs during both summer and winter months, there is something to do all year long. The Park City Golf course is also located across the street for the golfers in your group! Enjoy a feeling of private access by loading up on Silver Star lift in the morning and coming home to a group pool and hot tub in the community access on the main level. If you are not feeling social, unwind at the end of the day in your own private hot tub on the balcony of this beautiful condo. The kitchen is finished will all high-end appliances for those early morning breakfasts and relaxing evening dinners. An oversized refrigerator will allow you to stock up for the whole family, and load the dishes in the dishwasher when you head out for the day. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large ensuite bathroom for two, including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All lines are top of the line to ensure a full nights rest. The Queen Suite guest room has its own ensuite bathroom as well and located across the unit from the master bedroom. Adjacent to the Queen Suite is the Bunk room, which comfortably sleeps 4 people all in their own twin beds. There is also an ensuite bathroom for the bunk room, to ensure everyone has their own space. Silver Star continues to remain one of the best places to central locate yourself during your stay to park city, with free public transportation at the bottom level accessed via the elevator. A private ski locker for the condo as well as shared amenities throughout. Ski and bike rentals are available across the patio from the Silver Star Cafe which are all located on property. House Rules: 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour. 👤 RESERVATION HOLDER The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay. 🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund. 🚭 SMOKING / VAPING Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds. A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking. 🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security. 🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee. Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals. 🛋️ HOME CARE & FURNITURE Do not move indoor furniture. Damage or repositioning will result in a re-staging or repair fee. Outdoor furniture may be repositioned but must be returned to original placement before check-out. Do not hang towels or clothing on railings, decks, or furniture. Use hooks or designated drying racks if available. 🌡️ HVAC & ENERGY USE (if applicable) Do not leave windows or doors open while using the heat or air conditioning (if amenity is applicable). Adjust thermostats no more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Failure to follow this may cause system damage and result in service/repair charges if negligence is determined. 🚽 TOILET USE & PLUMBING Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials. If anything is not up to standard, please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival If we are not notified within the first 24 hours, we will assume the home was received in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning during your stay may be available for an added fee, or mid-stay cleans based on availability with 48-hour advance notice. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges. ♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable) No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs. Children under 12 must be supervised. Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation). Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities. 🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages. Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home. 🗑️ TRASH & DISPOSAL All trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins. Bags left outside or on the ground (not in bins) may result in a $85 disposal fee. If bins are full, please notify us during your stay. 📦 MAIL / DELIVERIES Mailbox access is not available. We do not hold mailbox keys, and we cannot retrieve or forward mail. ⚖️ LIABILITY & DAMAGE REPORTING POLICY Guests may be charged for any damage, violation, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are required to report any existing damage or concerns within the first 24 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will imply that the property was received in satisfactory condition, and any unreported issues may be assumed to have occurred during the stay. Parking garage was closed mid-stay with zero notice, locking the car and us in underground. Unsafe and very frustrating. Solution was to park 1/4 mile away in a public lot for the remaining 4 days of the trip. Communication with rental company has been good, and they have offered to make things right with a discount on a future rental. Garage/unit access, location to the village and the mountain actiivty were very convenient. Unit finishes are soild and well made & clean, plenty of clean towels and bedding. It was our first trip to Park City and we loved it! The condo size and layout were perfect for two families with two teenage/adult boys each. The two king en suite masters were great, and the bunk room fit all four boys comfortably with their own en suite bathroom as well. The location of the condo was steps from the Silver Star lift, which was super convenient. And the Silver Star shuttle was awesome - the app was great and was like we had our own personal Uber service to take us around town! The communication with the property management company was excellent as well - they were very responsive through text and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The kitchen was great for cooking big family meals, but was lacking a few things. - mainly regular drinking cups. We also had a minor parking mixup where we were told we didn’t need a parking pass in the garage, but then we got a ticket. It was easily corrected, but frustrating since we specifically confirmed this. Also, with two families with two cars, one had to park outside in the designated lot. It wasn’t too far of a walk though. Cleanliness was good, but one set of sheets needed to be washed and some of the pans were greasy. Everything else was great though, and we really enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and fireplace. Would stay again! ##### Jill P. This unit was nice- not as well taken care of as past units we have stayed in, but it worked out. The dishwasher was broken which was an inconvenience and the property managers pretty much said we were out of luck. Not the end of the world but I would have thought with the premium we paid that the management company would have done something. My only other complaint was how dusty the place was.
