Shuttle to lifts. Top Notch Condo in GREAT Location! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom tri-level condo is just steps from Deer Valley's Snow Park lodge and it has great mountain and lake views! The complex is one of the best locations in all of Deer Valley with walking access to the Parking Shuttle or door to door service from the 'little green bus' at the base of Deer Valley Resort. The complex also features a year round pool and hot tub area that is available to all guests! The condo is approximately 2883 square feet in size providing plenty of room for a large group. As you enter from the garage there is a mudroom/ski prep area, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Up two short flights of stairs is the main level, with a kitchen that opens to a cozy den with a brand new 55" HDTV. This den has seating for 5, with a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs, plus a gas assist wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a couch, 2 chairs, and another wood burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap around deck, with great lake and mountain views. Continue up two short flights of stairs to the upper level where you will find a sitting area, the master bedroom and another junior master with a queen bed and private bathroom. The complex has swimming pool and two hot tubs, perfect for après-ski relaxation. Best of all, there is a private walking path that leads right to the Deer Valley parking lot or you can take the free shuttle bus for a two minute ride. Master bedroom- King bed and attached full bath. Located on the top floor. 2nd junior master - Queen bed and attached bath with shower. Located on the top floor. 3rd bedroom- Queen bed. Full bathroom just outside the door, shared with 4th bedroom. HDTV. Located on the lower level. 4th bedroom- Two twin beds. Full bathroom just outside the door, shared with 3rd bedroom. HDTV. Also, Deer Valley Resort offers shuttle service from Lakeside to the base lodge at Snow Park to this complex. The property manager sent a tech out, who confirmed that the owner had been too cheap to make their house safe and upgrade the ducting to serve that floor sufficiently. When we complained, property management told us this was a new issue, despite him confirming it wasn’t (and them having six space heaters downstairs because it’s clearly been an issue before). When the heaters were on, it tripped the breakers for each bedroom, so the guests in those rooms had to wake up and flip the power back on when they got too cold. Good location and complex, but I wouldn’t stay here when the temperature is below 60 degrees. And property management shouldn’t be lying about the circumstances of a property. We would have been much more forgiving if they’d been honest and acknowledged the problem / given some sort of apology or discount. ##### Elizabeth G. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a short walk up to Snow Park Lodge. Actually there was the Deer Valley shuttle that came super often that we could have jumped on, but the walk was short and beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. It's a short walk to the parking lot where you can catch a shuttle to the slopes or you can just walk the length of the parking lot. Deer Valley will store skis, poles and boots overnight which makes it even easier. The home is very comfortable. There were six of us but it does sleep more people if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially liked the large pantry. We liked the large dining table for eating and for games. It's a very short walk to the pool and hot tub which was nice after a long day of skiing. We recommend this place! ##### Julie D. The view of the lake and the mountains is great. The house feels outdated: dishwasher does not wash well, missing knobs to control fireplace or lamps, garage door does not close easily. Important: 2 bedrooms downstairs need extra heaters in December, central air is not sufficient. After we complained to the manager, they brought oil heaters, which mitigated the problem. Although 10 people capacity was advertised, we did not have enough chairs to eat together at the table, had to use bar stools. Séjour de 4 nuits en février 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### kerry c. 15 oct. 2018 #### Great property, really close to Deer valley This condo was perfect for our group. We had a fantastic time and we’ll definitely be back. There’s a really nice pool and two hot tubs right in the complex. Did i mention the views? It overlooks a little lake and you can also see the mountains. There were two family rooms so the kids could watch tv in the den and the rest of us could drink wine in the bigger living room. There were two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and then two more bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and ther was a large dining room table where we had some fun dinners.There’s a walking path to deer valley so it only takes a few minutes to get to resort and we could take the free bus to Main Street. All in all, it couldn’t have been better and we’re already looking forward to next year. ##### kerry c.
