Big & roomy. The kids loved the hot tub & the big table was great for dinner & games. The pool and fitness center are quite a ways away from the house. There are 4 levels to this house so going up and down the stairs was a pain. There is an extremely slow elevator if stairs are a problem for anyone. The internet wasn't working when we got there and it took til halfway thru the next day for someone to come fix it but once it was fixed the speed was pretty good.
