Pool and spa were open during December and the grocery store is right across the street (it’s easier to walk there than drive). I was disappointed with no washer and dryer in the unit. Kids make a lot of laundry! There is a couple of coin laundry units at the clubhouse. Bus stop is right around the corner to all the popular stops in Park City. One call and the manager came out and installed new one same day like it was no big deal. Very responsive and impressed with service. It was ski vacation for us over new years (bad idea due to crowds, limited terrain open at Park City). Not the property's fault there were crowds and lift lines and limited terrain. The property is right in front of major bus stop which made getting around very easy. Agree easier to walk to Fresh market than drive even though right across the street. Had rental car, but did not need it.Thanks for letting us stay with you and great communication and service from management. ##### William D. We had some plumbing problems with the sewer backing up but the response from the property manager and the plumber was great. Based on the listing, we assumed that the laundry was in the unit, but it was actually a small private laundry mat that was about 150-200 feet from where we stayed.
