Watch the Deer Valley gondola from your kitchen window. Enjoy winter skiing at Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons and summer activities on the lake at Jordanelle - all just minutes away. The Deer Valley gondola is just one mile from the townhouse where you can buy tickets and avail of free locker storage and easy parking. In summer, enjoy the beautiful Jordanelle lake with all the great outdoor activities on your doorstep - water-skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, or just sit on the deck and look at the spectacular lake view.

Best Ski Vacation

We rented the townhouse for a month of skiing at Deer Valley. The townhouse had everything we needed with excellent views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, a portion of Deer Valley, and the surrounding mountains. The townhouse location was perfect for skiing. It was less than a 5-minute drive to the Deer Valley East Village parking lot. From where we parked the car, it's a 30 second walk to where the Deer Valley shuttle picked us up and delivered us to the ski slope. During our stay, we had one minor appliance issue. We contacted the owner, and the issue was taken care of the next day. This location allows you easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping in Park City, Heber City and Midway without having to deal with traffic. The highway is a minute from the townhouse, and you can travel down to the appropriate exit thereby avoiding the Park City traffic. In summary, great location, the townhouse had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful stay, beautiful townhouse

Comfortable, spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed. Two minutes from the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. We loved it and hope to come again next season!

Comfortable townhouse

This is a roomy and comfortable townhouse. We skied Deer Valley for the week and this was the perfect location. The new Keetly lift in the East Village is a quick 5 minute drive to the parking lot. easy to get back at the end of the day. neighborhood is nice for walking the dog. there is a lot of construction is the area, but manageable.

Lovely stay

We came for the week to ski deer Valley and we could not have been happier with our accommodations. Felt like home away from home. We love sitting by the fire after a long day on the slopes. the kitchen was just perfect for cooking our evening meal. We will for sure come again.

convient - All you need

This was a great choice for us. Although it was just two of us, there is plenty of room for a lot more. Great convenience with location. Communication with Clare was excellent. Not sure I would consider this luxury and I would say there are some repairs and maintenance needed that would make it nicer but all in all, for a rental, we were satisfied and will book again.

We will be back!!

We just came back from a lovely few nights at Clare's townhouse. It was the perfect spot for us and our 2 kids. This time we were in town for a wedding, but we have often stayed at the Jordanelle area for skiing as we love the easy access to the gondola and overnight ski storage. It beats going to Snowpark and dealing with parking and shuttles! Also, it's an easy 10-15 minute into Main Street or Kimball Junction. Apart from the wedding we didn't venture out much and just enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The townhouse was so spacious and comfortable, and the views of the mountains and Jordanelle were spectacular. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The primary suite bathroom was gorgeous with an oversized jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower and again gorgeous lake views. As some guests have noted there is some construction going on in the area, but it did not bother us in any way. Clare was very accommodating and responsive and was able to give us an early check in and late check out. We will definitely be back!

Construction Noise

Across the street (<100 feet) there is construction of a large 5 story condominium building. The noise and dust started before 7am. This should have been disclosed prior to renting. In addition, the property is not being well cared for. Pet stains on the carpet; floor downstairs not sure if it has ever been washed; some light switches don't work; 3 windows don't close all the way; some of the blinds are broken and inoperable; the garage is dirty; the dishwasher does not clean properly (old) and can't hold the dinner plates; the ceiling in the kitchen has evidence of water damage from the master bath upstairs; the master shower nozzle hose is too short thus making it dangerous to operate as it can easily turn the water to scalding hot, water was shut off for 4 days between 10am -4 pm because of construction across the street, sitting bench outside cracked and not useable, etc. The list is endless. This property and location were great! Very quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Park City! We did have a few small hiccups (the air conditioner broke and had a small wasp issue on the deck) but Clare was responsive and got them taken care of! I do want to note, there is construction going on across the street (does not hinder the view from the deck and was not an issue for us at all) but just something to be aware of! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Ski Vacation

Well appointed and comfortable townhouse accomodated us and our three adult children for a one-week February ski trip. The views from the home were beautiful. Several miles drive to go anywhere to eat or ski, but rather have the peace and quiet than the hustle and bustle of Park City. Having a garage to park in was also very nice to have.

Beautiful property in pristine location.

Property is spacious, well appointed, and excellently maintained. Views are wonderful of ski area, mountains, and Lake Jordanelle. Wrap around elevated deck is a real plus. Owners are responsive and very accommodating. Garage is large enough for 2 full sized SUVs. Proximity to skiing, hiking, diving (Crater), cycling, etc., is marvelous. Will visit again!

Loved our stay

We stayed the last 2 weeks of July and it was unseasonably hot; therefore, the AC had a hard time keeping up since there's only one unit. To keep the temps down, we had to keep the blinds pulled in all windows. The upstairs was a little warm for us at night. Luckily we brought fans and there were a few fans there as well. That's the only negative thing I would say. The owner was amazing and responded quickly for our needs. The views were spectacular and the location between Park City and Heber City was convenient for us.

Great place to experience a Park City Adventure

Booking with Clare was straightforward and she was quick to respond. The house is accurately described and the pictures are a true representation. The kitchen has ample cooking supplies and like many VRBOs has the usual left over spices, etc. The house is literally 10-20 minutes away from everything...Park City, the Olympic training center, UTV rentals, zip lining, white water rafting and mountain biking. The deck was a great feature to have morning coffee and relax after a day of adventure.

Quiet spot with beautiful views

We really enjoyed the ease of staying in this property. The owner permitted us to arrive a day early and easy extend our reservation on the end. We used this as a place to stay while construction at our own home finished up. It was cozy and comfortable, all the amenities one would need for both an extended stay and a ski vacation. 15 min drive from old town and 3 min drive from the deer valley gondola. Quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views and a great deck/bbq area. We felt extremely welcomed and will recommend to everyone considering a stay.

Comfortable, Quiet and an expansive view!

We spent a week here enjoying the early autumn weather of Park City and Deer Valley just as the leaves were beginning to change color. No disappointments as everything met our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the mornings on the spacious deck with unending views of the lake and mountains. The location was 10 minutes from Main Street restaurants and shopping but just far enough away in a quiet neighborhood setting. Our host Clare was attentive and and made sure all our needs were met. If you’re looking for a comfortable home away from home in a serene mountain setting we highly recommend this one.
