We can truly connect with nature but still enjoy and feel pampered. The property is spacious and comfortable, yet feel cozy with a mountain decor. This one bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful view, full kitchen (fully equipped), dining area (sits up to 8 people plus opens to an additional bed), living room with a fire place and sofa sleeper, steam shower, huge Jacuzzi tub, and washer/dryer. You can share a meal with your friends in a homey environment, in the comfort of your room, at the great restaurants and fine dining on property and in the village, or take the free shuttle to Park City. We are on the mountain with great access to any location in Park City and Deer Valley, with a shuttle service that has always been available when we wanted it (just make sure to call in advance if it is a busy weekend). They will drop you off and pick you up anywhere in the are. The concierge will help you with the shuttle and with dinner reservations or any other requests. Park City is definitely the best place to ski and to snowboard, and the mountain is only getting better, with more amenities and new lifts since Vail Resorts started managing it. We love the comfort of the ski valet and ski services. They are very courteous, always drying our boots and having the gear ready for us very timely at the gondola. The kids club is great with a lot of activities and they offer good baby sitting services after hours in case you want to go out and party. We can relax completely knowing that the kids are in a safe environment. In case you are interested we have an adjacent 360 sqft studio that is sold separately (VRBO listing number 739972) . The two units can become a two bedrooms unit, total space of 1135 sqft that can sleep up to 9 people. We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Bed was comfortable. However as far as newly renovated goes, I’m not sure what had been done. Maybe new carpet. Furniture was very used and looked it. Cabinets had been painted. Condo was very stripped down, meaning no creature comforts left in cabinets example aluminum foil, plastic wrap, no plastic cups of any kind. Lights over stove did not work, rain shower head was clogged and sprayed all different directions and could not be shut off, ice maker only had crushed ice and refrigerator and an unpleasant order every time it was opened. It was in a good location, however anytime you see red barns outside in pictures, they are at least five years or older. Clean, newer TV/furniture, nice layout, and plenty of room for three of us to spread out and comfortably have a little bit of our own space. The entire unit was somewhat recently updated and much nicer than most of the other units we've rented at other ski resorts. The shared bathroom with dual sinks was plenty large for 2-3 of us to use at one time, and the steam shower with bench was very refreshing. One warning, the TV in the living room is mounted only inches away from the brick fireplace on an immovable mount, we planned to but could not plug in a streaming device to watch our own movies/TV. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints about the rental unit itself! The greater building and services were nice, but literally everything was "valet." Ski storage=valet, ski gear locker=valet, parking garage=valet. It was nice, but not exactly what I was expecting and not really my preference to have people doing everything for me, but we were on vacation so what the heck... The building is also a bit of a maze as it consists of 3-4 different buildings, and they are each connected on different levels, so we spent A LOT of time waiting for and on elevators. All in all, we really enjoyed the unit & property, and would definitely stay there again! ##### Judd T. I am a long-time timeshare owner at this very westgate and decided to take a last minute trip this year to enjoy the record snowfall. The unit was great, clean and updated, better than most of the wholly owned units in the Moose and Bison lodges at WG park city. My only issue was at check in. After flying across the country and getting in late at night we were informed there was no record of our name on a reservation for the unit. As I rent my own weeks through VRBO frequently I have always called the front desk to ensure that my renters name was on the reservation and have never had a guest have a check in issue in over 15 years. As we arrived around 9:30pm this was very frustrating. Initially we were told we would need to rent a room for the night while the property contacted the owner. We agreed and got a room. We were told that we would have to vacate that room by 10am the next day and they had no other rooms availalbe for the following night which set off a panic as it was not clear what would happen to our actual VRBO rental. After chatting with vrbo they provided me an alternative number as the primary contact number for the owner was not connecting. I ended up speaking to the owners wife who was in israel, and called her back from the front desk at which point, around 11:30pm, we were finally able to get into the unit we rented. Fully stocked with shampoo, soap, laundry soap, etc. I wouldn’t have packed so much if I’d known! I loved that the condo was clean and room service/cleaning available throughout our stay. We enjoyed Westgate and loved that we could leave our skis at base with ski services and put boots in locker. A huge plus for me not to trudge through the city in boots! The property is huge and a complete maze, but it offers a lot to do for our teenagers so they loved it. We would stay here again. Highly recommend! ##### Julane F. The location is great and the fall colors were beautiful! Hosts were really helpful. The complex is very large so there is a lot to do but with this made it difficult to find the room my first night. Room was fantastic with a few minor issues. Found a piece of chicken under the couch. The sliding bathroom door latch is broken. We will notify the front desk about the issue for repair. The shuttle service is fantastic and easy to get around town. One doesn't even need a car! We asked for early arrival and late check out and we were accommodated. After much searching we thought we found the cause. Two drawers filled with food that never got cleaned out. We contacted the owners and they were very quick to respond, that was great. We got the hotel to come and clear out the food and they sprayed the room and even left the spray. However, it didn’t solve the problem. The smell stayed the whole time. 👎🏼 In addition, the place was not very clean. There was food crumbs on the dinning bench and some food on floor under the dinning table. Someone clearly did not wipe it down or vacuum completely. A pile of dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Luckily I travel with Clorox wipes and there was a vacuum in the closet, Also, found dried food on one of the “clean” dishes. The toilet constantly runs if you don’t jiggle the handle after flushes, the drain in the shower is clogged, and the hair dryer smells like it’s burning when you use it. We knew when paying for the place we were paying for the ski in/out ability. However, given what we paid, I would think things would be a little better and, given the times we live in, the cleaning would have been better, too. ##### Greg H. Hot tub in the unit is amazing, restaurants 200 yards from unit, would definitely come back. Bed super comfy, and best part a brand new sponge for dishes. ##### Eric A.
