Located just 1/2 mile from the base of Park City Mountain resort for easy access to skiing. We offer a spacious 3 bedroom 1500 sqft condo with lofted main living area and great views of the 15th fairway. This condo is packed with amenities including an awesome fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, heated bathroom floors, and a washer and drier. There is a communal heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center just a short 100 yard walk away. Recently remodeled in 2022 and meticulously maintained our Silver Pine Haus is the perfect place for a family vacation. The Silver Pine Haus includes all brand new Panda and Lull mattresses with high thread count sheets, spa quality bath and pool towels, and top of the line appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. HDTV’s are located in every bedroom and in the main living room with access to high speed internet and all the apps. Centrally located with just a short walk to the PCMR base, you won't have to drive to enjoy access to world class skiing. Or take advantage of Park City’s free bus system with a stop just out front to reach Deer Valley (5min ride) or Canyons Village (10min ride). Main Street Park City is just 2 miles away for access to a variety of dining and shopping options. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub both in winter season and summer with a short 100 yard walk located just next door. There is also a fitness center with a treadmill, Peloton, and rowing machine. This condo features 3 total bedrooms and 2.5 baths. \-Bedroom 1 (located on main level) Queen bed with attached master bath with shower only and heated bathroom floors. Tv included in bedroom. \-Bedroom 2 (located upstairs) Bunk room with double twin over full bunks room for 4 total guests, Tv included in bedroom. \-Bedroom 3 (located upstairs) King Loft with attached shared bathroom and tv located in bedroom. \-Bathroom 1 Attached to queen bedroom down stairs features an walk-in shower with single vanity and toilet. Additional features include hair drier and heated tile floors. \-Half Bath Located in the hall from the main entry to the kitchen. \-Bathroom 2 Located upstairs and is attached to King bed suite but is also shared with bunk room with access via hallway. This bathroom features a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and toilet. Additional features include hair drier and heated tile floors. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances to cook your own meals, featuring electric stove with gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, Keurig, blender, and crock pot. All dishes and cookware are included. Kitchen includes a filtered water spigot for clean and refreshing water in an effort to reduce bottled water consumption so bring your reusable water bottles Family room features a gas fireplace, couch and several chairs, TV with sound bar, dining room table that can seat 8\. Washer and drier located in unit with access to several pods for cleaning laundry if needed during your stay. Unit features 2 furnace/ air conditioning units to keep both floors at optimal temperatures. There is also a tankless hot water heater so you wont have to worry about running out of hot water after a long ski day. Pack and play available in upstairs closet if needed for your stay. One parking spot is reserved in underground parking. Additional GUEST spots are available but are first come first serve. Back deck features eye hooks to lock bikes up and cable lock is provided if needed. Back deck also has chairs and a grill for summertime use. Boot drier and warmer provided to ensure dry warm feet for a full day of skiing. Early Check-in and late Check-out may be available upon request, please message for more details. Front door and back door have exterior Ring Cameras for added security. Pets are not allowed. Completely remodeled with brand new appliances, bathrooms, and furnishings—it had everything we needed and more. Family ski trip with our adult children and infant granddaughter so the bedroom configuration was perfect. And the pack and play saved us from hauling extra baby gear. The bunk room is extra special and roomy with monogrammed Pendleton wool blankets and cubbies with lights and plugs. The heated bathroom floors were heavenly with thick, comfy towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped and meticulously labeled and organized. Lots of soft blankets and the fireplace made the living room cozy. Efficient washer and dryer saved the day with a baby and wet ski clothes. Generously supplied with laundry/dish soaps, condiments/spices. Welcome book was clear and detailed with all we needed to know. Checkin was super easy and had quick responses to all our questions. Dream location by the bus stop and hot tub but also within easy walking distance to the mountain either direction. Would highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return!! ##### Janna W. This property was excellently renovated and was really cool to see pictures of it originally. The condo has been in the family for three generations which allowed for a well put together decor and home feel. The bunk room was a hit with the kids. Kelly the property manager checked to see if we made it ok and was quick to respond to a question we had. The unit was beautiful and very clean. This condo exceeded our expectations. We recently spent a week in Park City and this condo was well equipped with all the comforts of home. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, newly updated, and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential appliances. The welcome bag and personalized note was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The location was great! It was a short (roughly 10 minute) walk to the nearest ski lift, which is the "First Time" lift. If you're not up for a walk, the shuttle stop is conveniently located directly in front of the condo. Main Street is just a very short drive away (roughly 5 minutes). The market was very close as well. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The neighborhood is beautiful. We spent many of our early mornings/late afternoons hanging out in the backyard area. There is a cross-country skiing course there. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking from the back of the home. Overall, my family and I had such a spectacular stay at this condo and definitely plan to be back. Don't think about it anymore and just book it! You won't regret it. ##### Gabriel S. Family of 6 stayed for 8 days. I have very high expectations too......The walk to the lift is literally MAYBE 5 minutes. The pool/hot tub which were very clean, not packed, easily accessible was a 1 minute walk. The condo is top of the line....all the latest and greatest and recently renovated. Nicer than my own home. Kelly was AMAZING and helped me with grocery pick up, suggestions, and answered me on the first request every time. They also left a lot of little nice perks: laundry pods, dishwasher pods, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels to cover us for the week. Beds/mattresses are firm, new, clean and the bunk room was a blast. It is everything AND MORE than what is listed. ZERO issues, ZERO disappointment, ZERO regrets. Park City was blasted with 500 inches of snow and my boys were in heaven. The first time lift and the terrain park lifts were easily within walking distance from the condo. The pool and hot tub are right next door and very well kept. The ping pong table and sitting area in the club house were a great place to hang and watch the kids in the pool. The condo itself was amazing. Everything was very well organized and clean. Everything you needed was there...even a crock pot! The beds were so comfortable and even different types of pillows for those that like firm or soft. Each room had delicate touches that made you feel welcomed. The boys had individual bunks and ports for their phones. Individual (and numbered) storage and towels so there was no arguing about where to put things. The fridge is huge, the range and oven were top of the line, (don't forget to turn on the fan!!), and all appliances through the entire unit were easy to use. Storage for all equipment and clothing was great. The laundry made traveling a little easier and the private parking would have been amazing if our car wouldn't have had the skis and snowboards on top. We would have loved to use the garage as it snow A LOT while we were there. The grocery store and all other needed amenities while we stayed were so darn close and the bus line took my wife and sister right to main street for shopping and dinning. The stop is right outside the door!! There was only one small, very small, negative. There is not really a pantry to put a lot of snacks and food. There is definitely space for some, but because everything is there that you need finding space for dry foods needs some creativity. Everything about this place was top notch and worth it.
