This is an ideal spot for outdoor lovers wanting a luxury experience all year round! Blackstone 1F is perfect for a romantic weekend, family fun, or an adventure seeker's getaway with its spacious two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and large windows emphasizing the immaculate views of Park City Mountain Resort's ski runs and the 13th hole of Canyons Golf Course from every room. The custom kitchen is fully equipped for all meals, aprés skiing, and winding down in the evening. There are two gas fireplaces, central A/C, a private washer and dryer, and three TVs with streaming services. This condo boasts comfort and convenience that no one will want to leave!

Blackstone Residences is a new luxury development in Canyons Village Park City Mountain Ski Resort that provides both location, views, and amenities. A short walk to the Cabriolet lift (across a parking lot), Canyons Village is sought after for world-class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, dining, and entertainment! Blackstone's offering consists of a heated pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, and heated underground parking. Park City's Historic Main Street is a short, free bus ride away for access to our town's shopping, art galleries, live theater, and a variety of dining and bars. Utah's Olympic Park is nearby for a tour of the 2002 Olympic facility, zip-lining, bobsled rides, and entertaining summer activities for all ages. Other nearby attractions include the Frostwood Gondola, Westgate's spa and yoga studio, and Waldorf Astoria's restaurant and spa.

A bit of a walk

The unit was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics. Coffee machine was combo- both drip and keurig pods. The hot tub was right across a driveway- 50 feet. The walk to the beer can lift to the upper village was tiring, especially at the end of a long ski day. Full 10-12 minutes. Shuttle to park city is frequent and easy. Shuttle within canyons is a bit user-unfriendly.

Beautiful quiet condo in amazing location

Easy remote check in and checkout process. Clean beautiful property. Worked well for our 5 adults but I probably wouldn’t want to share that space with 8 unless we were family but it could definitely work if you’re comfortable sharing beds. Listing was accurate and management was helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

Sister's weekend getaway

This unit is as described on the site. Check in was easy with the code for the keypad. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view outside the windows were pretty. Loved the heated floor in the master bathroom. Location was perfect! Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful location and unit

Loved the unit and the location, however the management company, Vacasa, did not impress. First, we showed up for our 4 p.m. check in time with luggage and a car full of groceries and the housekeepers were still cleaning. We stood outside the door for 20 minutes until they were finished. Then, the entry codes to access the hot tub/fitness area and the heated garage were incorrect. After waiting on hold for Vacasa for over an hour, I hung up and instead pressed the code for "safety emergency" and someone finally answered. She gave me an additional three codes, none of which worked. She finally put a call in to someone else who called me back with a correct code for the hot tub but never for the heated garage. After leaving messages and calling the manager back with no response we gave up and never were able to access the heated garage with the reserved parking space, instead having to find open guest parking in the snow and ice every day. In the future I will think twice before renting from a property that Vacasa manages.

Great place to stay.

We stayed here over the holidays and had a wonderful time skiing and enjoying Park City, both are a short car ride away. The property has indoor parking which we definitely appreciated as we had so much snow fall while we were there. The layout of the apt. was terrific, the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were top notch and we enjoyed the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplaces. Many thanks!

Black stone condo

This was a beautiful property and location however the comforters and shams were not clean and had stains on them in each bedroom. The door handle of the patio door was broken and kept falling off. There is an electrical problem with the 2nd bedroom with the fuse box and needed to reset the fuse on a daily basis for the bedroom and bathroom. Would not have expected these problems with such a new property.

Excellent location

We stayed in three units at Blackstone. Two were managed by Vacassa. Overall, we were much happier with the Vacassa managed properties. They were clean and included great amenities. Our only frustration is that we were unable to contact the property manager when we had a check in issue. Fortunately the location, property and little touches made up for the communication challenges. My husband and I so many the wonderful moments sitting on the patio overlooking the mountains. We look forward to returning.

Great Property

Condo has a great location on golf course with great views of mountains. Very clean. Great bedding and linens. Ample high quality towels. Furniture clean and comfortable. Appliances new and clean. Overall our experience and satisfaction was a 10 out of 10. There was, however, one slight negative when a local realtor knocked on door and wanted to show the Condo. We did receive a text from Manager saying we could refuse to show, which we did, but this interruption was obnoxious and we would have not booked here if we knew in advance that property could be subject to a showing. We did not know it was for sale! In any event, the property was well worth the $ and we did notify management that doors squeeked (please apply some WD 40), the inside door handle of patio door loose and needs an allen key to tighten, and we never could find the remote for TV in spare bedroom. As we had two other TV's this was not an issue for us. But again, this is a great property and I do not hesitate to recommend it.
