Fantastic underground garage with direct access to condo with ski storage. Super easy loading in/out. Great location for skiing Canyons or PC. For Canyons you can cut through the property/complex to the people-mover buckets. Requires carrying skis and it’s slightly uphill. But not too far - still WAY better than driving to a ski resort! Then you can ski back down at the end of the day to the door.
