Plenty of room for our growing family including 6 grandchildren. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Porta crib! The views from the back deck were gorgeous and it was easy to navigate Park City events from the house. Although we live in a gated resort community in NC and are accustomed to the rules that come along - I must say the neighbors next to this property complained several times about daytime and early evening noise - which was unsettling for us!
