You do the math. Cleanliness of the condo was a C minus, multiple water leaks, a parking pass that was promised and never provided after multiple reminders, and the thermostats are overriden/controlled by the unit next door. Can walk to all activities at the base or to the grocery store if you don’t have a car. It was a great value but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a beautiful place to stay.
