A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well. Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation. There is a door bell camera at the front door. There is a whole home alarm system. Not only was it a great escape from the AZ heat but the house and location were fantastic. Being close to the junction of the freeway and highway, it was easy to head into Park City (had some great mountain biking at Deer Valley and good dinners), south to Heber to visit family, down into the valley, and north to Snow Basin. The house was huge and more space than we really needed but it was such a great price we couldn’t pass it up. The kids loved the game room downstairs it’s with PlayStation, games, and the record player was a hit for sure. Very cool! It was awesome to sit in the hot tub and watch a movie with my daughter. Nice set up for that. The biggest deciding factor for me was actually the garage. Huge garage and we could park my huge truck in there and leave all of our bikes in there. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. It’s all so new and nice, it felt like we were staying in a high end hotel! We’ll be back for sure.
