WHAT TO KNOW \- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. \- The maximum occupancy is 11 people. \- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2\. \- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances. \- Ski-in/out access is only available starting on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (1/19/26) to the end of the ski season.
