All the cranks were gone and only the patio opened which was not enough to cool the entire home, even though fans were provided. Also, this is not a good home for people with little kids due to the stairs that are open in the back, and there is a opening by the family room entertainment cabinets with no railing where anyone could fall thru a couple of levels. THIS NEEDS FIXED! The house was clean, but the carpet was not, and the furniture was very dusty. We enjoyed being here, but with all the levels (which we thought would be good for some separation and privacy) it was difficult to keep track of our toddler. Lots of space for the family if 9 to spread out. The kids area was spacious and well thought out. The pool table room was a hit with everyone. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Because of Covid we ate all our meals in the house.
