Unit has all new furniture throughout, heavenly beds, appliances, TVs and décor. New cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, new hardwood floors, new carpet, fully remodeled bathrooms including tile in bathrooms/showers, new doors, hardware and trim throughout, complete repaint from floor to ceiling, etc. Central air conditioning added to top floor for summer. Extensive elegant lighting being added throughout. The community pool will be open for the summer of 2026. A 4 minute walk from Silver Lake Village (Silver Lake Express, Homestake and Sterling Express lifts) at mid-mountain Deer Valley brings you home to this 4/BR 4/BA modern mountain retreat and your own private home theater. Start your day by checking out views of Deer Valley's Lady Morgan lift, from the comfort of your living room. Avoid the crowds and cars of Lower Deer Valley, and walk out your door up Little Belle's private heated path to the walkway which will take you past the Stein Ericksen Lodge Resort and Spa to Silver Lake Village where you can purchase your daily lift tickets, rent skis, meet up with lessons, or dine in the mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge. With this location, you won't need a car. The free Park City Shuttle picks up every 20-30 minutes at the entrance to the heated driveway of this small 20 unit complex to take you into town, or you can walk back to the uncrowded dining locations of Silver Lake and experience Swiss Fondue at the quaint Goldner Hirsch Austrian Chalet, or a sleigh ride and Sunday buffet at the famous Stein Ericksen Lodge. Leave your skis each day at the complimentary Deer Valley ski valet, and even the kids can make the 4 minute walk unencumbered by ski gear. This condo has excellent amenities — pool table, hot tub, and an actual home theater (projection TV, reclining seats). We used the latter every night; lots of fun. Pool table is great. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Large living room and dining area. Nice room late too with great bathrooms. We were 4 adult guys so we each took a room. With couples you could accommodate double that. With single friends, up to 7\. The hot tub is for four people. You can definitely walk to the slopes but it is a bit of a hike (uphill). Too long for kids. We would run our skis and poles up in a car (2 min) and then walk up in ski boots only. At end of day, we would leave skis mountain and get them with the car.
