Incredible townhouse in the heart of Park City and Deer Valley with a private rooftop deck! This 3 master bedroom, 3 full bathroom, and 2 half bathroom luxury ski-loft estate, boast over 3,300 square feet of lavish living space. Park City Ultimate Loft was built in 2007 and can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably.. Enjoy Park City's beautiful outdoor qualities from this entertainer's paradise heated rooftop deck with a 6-seat hot tub, gas fire pit, LED lighting, built-in grilling station, and beautiful stone table and plenty of patio seating.

Entry Level Family Room/Media Room: Lavish mountain contemporary feel with cozy and comfortable high-end finishes. Spacious area with queen sleeper couch, 50'' HD TV/DVD, surround sound, see through fireplace, and hardwood flooring throughout.

Kitchen: Gourmet chef's culinary kitchen with Viking and Wolf appliances, a wine fridge, 6+ burner stove, oversized double ovens, and Kitchen bar seating for 3 people.

Dining Room: Large dining room table with seating for up to 8 people.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom 1- King bed, Twin sofa sleeper, 46'' LED TV, beautiful hardwood floors, stackable washer and dryer, and private bath. Private bath includes; Roman soaking tub, stone shower, and granite counter vanity.

We absolutely loved this condo!!!! It was just beautiful!! The kitchen was stunning with anything you could want at your fingertips! The ice machine was a huge perk! Having three master bedrooms was a luxury too! The rooftop had such a beautiful view, and the hot tub was the perfect way to start the day and end the day! Sitting in the hottub with the fire pit on is ideal! We had issues with several light bulbs being burned out around the house and contacted management and within 24 hours they had replaced every single lightbulb. So so impressive how fast they responded to our needs! The hot tub is lighting is not working so if I could say there was one thing that would’ve been nice it would be to have hot tub lights, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Great location

The best things about this property are the location and spaciousness. It is right on Deer Valley Drive, walking distance to Main Street and very convenient to stops for the free public bus to Deer Valley base. The unit is right on the road with a two car garage (unfortunately the door was broken the entire time we were there) and an entry door just steps from the sidewalk. Super easy in and out. The unit is well appointed -- had spices and coffee filters on hand as well as plenty of towels, etc. Beds are very firm/hard but made up nicely with good sheets and blankets. The hot tub on the roof is awesome, and we loved the big table in the front kitchen window. Even though unit is right on the street and in close proximity to other units, it is very quiet. Sitting area is tucked in in the back and is windowless and not very cozy. One thing to note is that none of the TVs are smart TVs, but we were able to use an HDMI cord that they had on hand to connect a laptop to stream a show in the evening. The unit is definitely a rental that has been well used, but we very much enjoyed our time in Park City.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO GREAT LOCATION

Great place with easy access and ideal location walking distance to Main Street and Deer Valley base. Bedrooms were spacious and each had it's own bathroom. The only criticism is that there was a truly foul odor in the garage, like something had died. It was a nose-pinching, eye-watering welcome to the home.

Spacious with great location

This unit was perfect for the 4 of us! We especially enjoyed the large bedrooms, each with king size beds, in suite bathrooms (plus 2 extra!), and washer/dryer in each bedroom as well! Large gourmet kitchen could accommodate large group comfortably for socializing and cooking. Perfect location only an 8-10 minute walk to Main Street. We would definitely stay there again!

Place is well stocked and spacious, but a lot of deferred maintenance and updating that needs to be done throughout. Easy walk to town or Deer Valley. Bedrooms are spacious, all with bath. Was perfect for 4 adults, parents with 2 adult children in 3 br. With 52 stairs from top to bottom would not rec for younger children. Roof deck w/ hot tub was nice attribute, but again, more deferred maintenance.

Great Location and Stay

This home was in great proximity to Main Street so we did not have to hassle with parking downtown. Ideal for a golf trip as we were in a prime location just 30 minutes away from the furthest course we played. Big kitchen and great rooftop to sit and enjoy the view.

Easter trip

This was an Easter ski trip with my wife, nephew and his wife. The townhome was excellent. There was some slight wear and tear and the fireplace did not work. It was not a big deal, the house was quite comfortable without it. The garage was a tight fit for our large SUV. The location was perfect and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall the place could not have been better.

Great location, perfect for 3 couples

Location is perfect with easy bus access to both PC and DV. The rooms are all equal in size, each with en-suite bathroom, own washer/dryer, TV and desk, making this property perfect for 3 couples. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has good appliances, and the rooftop hot tub is a nice plus. Very clean. Our only complaints were that all the showers had terrible water pressure and that the the kitchen cabinets are really scuffed up with paint chips everywhere - hence the 4 star rating.

Wonderful Base Camp for Family Ski Trip

This condo was a wonderful base camp for our family ski trip to Deer Valley. Perfect location - direct shuttle stop 1 min down the road and easy walking distance to Main Street As 6 adults, we had plenty of room to spread out and ample space for family dinners. We particularly liked that the three bedrooms were of equal size with their own en suites (including washer dryers). The roof deck was lovely and it was great being able to use the hot tub after a day out on the slopes. Note, the unit is multistory with open stairs between each level - not an issue for our group but folks with mobility issues or small children should be aware. Two car garage was useful - however, it is on a busy road so sometimes a little tricky to pull out unless you backed in to the garage. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The property manager was super responsive and helpful, reaching out to us directly shortly after booking to provide us details of their additional services and answer any questions. They were also very helpful with coordinating shipping luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Great for couples

It was so nice to find a house without a bunk room! The three bedrooms were all the same, so it was perfect for three couples traveling together. The beds were comfy and it was great to have a washer /dryer in each room. The house is steps away from the free bus that goes to Deer Valley and Park City. The walk to Main St was less than .25 miles, so super easy. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and the grill was in perfect working order. The jacuzzi was hot a great way to end a day of skiing. We would rent this place again!!

PERFECT LOCATION

Perfect location to Town, Deer Valley, Canyons and Park City. 2 Parents and 4 adult children stayed together - plenty of room to come together and find space alone. Kitchen is fully stocked and large and inviting. Property manager was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Great Stay!

The bedroom set up is perfect for dividing up bedrooms between couples or families. All three are master bedrooms with king beds, attached bathrooms, and individual washer and dryer. Living areas could use more seating. But that is a minor item to address.

Perfect at Park City

We loved staying here! The owners thought of everything! Our teenagers especially loved the rooftop hot tub and firepit for s’mores, as well as grilling out. There’s a tv in every room! A bathroom for every bedroom with laundry! There’s even a bathroom for the rooftop deck. The kids loved the shuffle board and games in the family room. Thank you for an amazing stay. We would love to come back!

Great in-town location

Location is excellent; 10-minute sidewalk walk to Main Street restaurants. There is one room per floor, so make sure you're into-- and able to do a lot of-- stairs!! Each en-suite room had its' own laundry machines, as well. We slept in one of the back bedrooms (which faces a little landscaped area). The bedroom facing the road can a little loud b/c Deer Valley Road is pretty heavily trafficked. (Two face the inner area, and one is on the roadside of the unit.) There is a shuttle stop just feet away, as well. The property manager suggested they may be able to either do a complimentary late check-out or early check-in, since we rented two different week-long rentals through them (this being the first). We offered to pack up and moved out of this unit by 10am, but asked if we could store our belongings in either units' garages. They said no, unless we wanted to pay for an additional 1/2 day. That would really be our only complaint about this particular property manager-- disjointed communication between their agents (one said they'd try, one said they'd tell us by end of week, one said he knew nothing about it and again asked for 1/2 days rent to do so, one said he'd try to get the next unit ready early...but it wasn't in fact ready until the standard 4pm move-in). They basically did nothing to accommodate a family who had rented two different homes through them, for consecutive weeks, hence the low vote there. (We didn't need to use the property manager for any other issue, so I have no idea if they'd be more on the ball for other reasons?) Otherwise, this unit, itself, is wonderful in terms of location and cleanliness.

Summer mountain stay
