Only small negative is the primary bedroom is at the end of the 2nd floor and was rather cold in order to keep rest of house not too hot. We loved our stay in PC! Our family made a last minute decision to get out of the heat and found this gem. The location was great, quiet little neighborhood with a pool and patio that opens right up to the golf course. The location is by the tee box so I didn’t have to worry about little kids playing outside and getting hit by stray golf balls. We rented bikes from ColeSport (in the same parking lot as this condo) and rode those all over PC. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. I do recommend searching for things to do/activities and restaurants before hand because they do not provide a ‘local guide or activity guide’ that some vrbos come with. I luckily am a planner so this worked out, but we wouldn’t have known about the bike rental unless we explored the property. The only complaint was on the 3rd floor, it can get a bit warm/stuffy and the fan provided wasn’t safe with little kids. Recommend to open the windows at night which helps a bit to get airflow.
