You will have ski-/in-ski out access to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort, as well as convenient and fast access to the Park City Golf Course. In addition, you will be right on the free bus shuttle route for handy transportation throughout the entire area. This three-level townhome offers 1,929 square feet of luxury living space with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily sleep up to 10 guests. Entering the townhome's first level via the communal garage, and then up a flight of stairs puts you right into the main level great room, featuring the living room, kitchen and dining area. The main level front door also provides access to common areas including a fire pit with seating, clubhouse, and more. Living Room: Offers lovely mountain contemporary furnishings, including a large sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Access the balcony where you'll enjoy a high-top table and chairs, a natural gas BBQ, and some mountain views. Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Viking appliances, including a four-burner gas range with griddle and a convection oven.
