Perfect for large families or groups seeking a high-end retreat with direct ski access, a gourmet kitchen, & dedicated office space. This home is professionally managed by Gulf Legacy Vacation Rentals \*\*\*In addition to the platform cancellation policy, 4% will be deducted for processing fees. SKI ACCESS: Please read before booking. To ski-out, simply walk out of the garage and walk around to the back yard, slide through the back fence (see photo) and onto the ski access trail. Follow this trail down to the Sunrise lift, the village and the gondola. On the way back home, from where the Over and Out lift lets you off, simply ski half way down the Retreat trail and take a right on the ski-access trail (Timbers) that leads right back to the house. We advise adults run the route first before taking kids. Also be advised, the trail is weather permitting as there may not be enough snow early and late in the season. \*There is also a free shuttle that picks you up at the house and will take you anywhere in Canyons Village during the winter season. Imagine waking up and opening the massive accordion doors to reveal breathtaking mountain and ski lift views from your private deck.
