Unique ceilings are found throughout, and a rotary phone adds a retro touch. Rooms are designed for comfort & relaxation, with cushions galore, a library of books, and warm rugs underfoot. Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or walk just a couple minutes down Main Street to one of the many award-winning restaurants of Park City's Historic District. A thoughtfully renovated historic home with modern design located right at the top of Main Street. Check out list: We want your stay at the home to be easy and restful. All we ask you to do as you are checking out is to run the dishwasher and turn down the heat (or turn off the A/C in the summer.) Two comfortable bedrooms with new queen mattresses, plus a library with a twin bed trundle (2 twin beds.) Outdoor spa hot tub, free and fast dedicated Wifi, fireplace, massage chair, new central A/C and much, much more. ' Park City has installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. This deluxe luxury vacation rental mountain cottage is the perfect getaway, with every modern convenience and comfort. The home is located at the top of historic Main Street in Park City. This Old Town property is just right for walking down to Main Street’s shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Old Town Trolley, a free trolley that traverses up and down Main Street, turns around 40 steps from the front door - a bonus for skiers! Skiers can jump on the trolley and ride to the Transit Center, located just off Main Street, where they can board free buses straight to the ski areas. (Buses start running early and run late into the night. The Main Street Trolley typically starts at 10am.) For those who care not to drive, there are shuttles that will pick up/drop off at the airport and taxis to take you anywhere you’d like to go in town. Deluxe accommodations: The house is furnished in a style that’s comfortable, luxurious, yet a bit fun and irreverent too - maybe a good way to sum it up would be: 'Hotel Monaco meets Ralph Lauren cottage.' We have retained the original 115-year-old structure and certain interior elements to highlight the historical qualities of this piece of Park City’s once-thriving mining community. We have utilized feng shui principles wherever possible to create a peaceful, cozy environment with modern electrical and plumbing systems. We hope you’ll find everything very comfortable, very functional, and absolutely perfect for your family or traveling companions. Living Room: The house is luxuriously appointed, with an LCD flat screen TV, Roku with all the major streaming services (log in with your account info), a DVD player, a gas fireplace, and leather furnishings. And not to be missed: a Brookstone massage chair (sure to feel great after an active day outdoors!). There is also an acoustic guitar at the house for those whose idea of a great après ski is a glass of wine and some strumming by the fire. You’ll also find a stereo and a cd collection to set the mood for relaxing, dining, or entertaining. Bedrooms: Each of the two bedrooms feature queen-sized plush-top beds, antique armoires and dressing tables, down comforters and pillows (alternatives are also available), all-cotton 500 thread count sateen linens, and upholstered walls to provide a 'sleeping in a cloud' feeling. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms contain marble floors, bathtubs, designer bath products (by Beekman 1802), blow dryers, and all-cotton, super soft towels. The master bath has a jetted tub and a ceiling mounted rainfall shower head. Library: The Library contains hundreds of books to enjoy, a computer with high speed internet (a private free WiFi signal is available throughout the house, also convenient for your own WiFi equipped laptop), laser printer, and a 'pop up' trundle bed - this style trundle bed can be used as two twins or one double-size bed. Dining: The kitchen and dining room come ready for comfort food meals - hand-painted china and beautiful crystal glassware will make every dinner at home perfectly elegant. A full collection of spices and cooking supplies will make it simple to cook up an après ski meal. We were in Park City to ski and enjoy the shopping and restaurants in town. This location is perfect. The trolley will take you to the Town Lift and/or you can easily walk. Plus, you are steps away from the top of Main Street and all it has to offer. The home is very clean, cozy, and quaint and the hot tub is ready to go (and a feels wonderful after a day of skiing). The property managers provided helpful information, were easy to communicate with, and made check in and check out extremely easy. We will be back! ##### Kristin B. This property was perfect for our family of four. It’s in such a great location. Short walk to Main Street and trolley, and a short drive to Deer Valley where we skied. Easy to get to public transit if you prefer to take the bus. Fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to stay in and cook. Very cozy living room with a message chair for after skiing. Hot tub out back too! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It fit all of our needs. Mark was really great and communicative with us. He gave us a list of restaurant and activity recommendations, checked in with us before check in, and midway through the week. We had no issues with the property while there, but if we had, I know we would have had no problem getting a hold of Mark. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Kristi B. We chose Park City this year and our rental from Mark and Mary Beth was absolutely perfect for our trip. We loved the cottage and the location for walking to downtown was perfect.
