Very convenient and close to the lifts. The walk is a touch uphill so we made it even easier on ourselves and left our skis at the rental shop at the base. Carried our boots over and away we went. There were 3 adults and it worked really well. Well stocked with the right kitchen items, washer/dryer, humidfier, etc. Never found the hot tub which was a bummer. There are some wonderful hiking trails just steps away. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room, nice amenities, pretty view. Of all the properties in this Three Kings development, this one is probably situated the closest to the slopes. Also, it is well furnished and has great windows / natural lighting (especially compared to the the other large condo development next door, where we had friends staying).
