This 4-bedroom, 5-bath mountain retreat is a combination of two side-by-side 2-bedroom units, each with a private door & an indoor hallway joining them, perfect for those seeking the elegance of a mountain retreat. Combined, they offer ample space in which to spread out after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or golfing.

After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in one of two private hot tubs or swim in the shared heated outdoor pool. Curl up on the plush sofas with a good book & a blanket next to the floor-to-ceiling stone Fireplaces in each living room. In the warmer months, sit on the decks & soak up spectacular mountain views. Guests have access to a shared fitness room & a Common area BBQ, as well.

Within this 2,987-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. These condos sleeps 10 in beds, 12 with sofabed & EZ inflatable set-up bed. (Sofa Sleeper (Side B) & EZ bed (Side A) not to exceed 70lbs) Three Common elevators provide Easy access to the condos for all members of your family.


Kitchens: Start your day in one kitchen, or use both, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a five-course gourmet dinner at day's end.
There are two dining table sets for six & bar seating at the island in each unit.
Prefer to barbecue? Use one of the grills located by the common outdoor swimming pool.

2 Living rooms: Continue into either of the open-concept living rooms, where your family can lounge on the sofas, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the flat-screen televisions. Gather around the stone fireplaces, which adds warmth & a romantic mood to the rooms, amidst exposed log beams.

Bedroom 1, Side A: The master bedroom features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks & generously sized walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2, Side A: The guest bedroom on Side A features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks & generously sized walk-in shower.
There is an additional full-size third bathroom with dual shower/bathtub in the hallway of Side A.

Bedroom 3 Side B: The master bedroom features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks & a separate soaking tub & walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 Side B: The guest bedroom on Side B features two queen-size beds. This bedroom has access to the guest bathroom off of the hallway, with a step in shower.

Air Conditioning: Both condos have air conditioning.

Parking: The condo rental includes two complimentary, dedicated, heated underground parking spaces.

Location: "Little Bear Lodge" is just a short Walk to the Sterling Express lift in Silver Lake Village, which services all of Bald Mountain. It's easy to access that first ski run from this ideally located vacation rental.

Black Bear Lodge. A 53 condominium property across the street from Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley Resort. Access to the Silver Lake Lift is a short walk away. The condominiums are one to four bedrooms, and most include a private hot tub and a deck with a view of the Deer Valley mountain range. The common areas of this elegantly rustic lodge provide a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Across the street offers fine dining and shops. Underground assigned parking is also part of the generous amenity package.
